Arabic Proverb:

He who knows not and knows not that he knows not; He is a fool – shun him.

He who knows not and knows he knows not; He is simple – teach him.

He who knows and knows not he knows; He is asleep – wake him.

He who knows and knows he knows; He is wise – follow him.

It’s Dec 2022, we’ve just had Christmas, and we’ll be talking about 2023 any minute.

Almost everyone I know got vaccinated in 2022.

The large majority of those people were injured (and I’m obviously not talking about sore arms). Acquaintances, friends, and close friends. It has become “normal”, but I know there is nothing normal about it. I am horrified and feel helpless at the destruction of well-being all around me.

ALL seven of the otherwise healthy, dutifully dosed, 20+ year old’s that work at the office, have been repeatedly sick throughout the year, including getting covid multiple times. The frequency and duration of illness has increased for ALL of them. Their immune systems are damaged and are struggling to overcome simple colds or repeat covid infections. And that is only the stuff I know about.

Damaged immunity is vaccine injury, and its serious vaccine injury and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Two other young women at the office, both didn’t want to get vaccinated (they knew better) but then one did so she could travel to see her parents (now she has a full body rash that is not going away, she’s been pointed to the FLCCC), and the other got it for her second job (!) and now has problems, but I don’t know the details.

So, what are we up to, that’s 9 out of 9, in our office.

The two ladies know that they are vaccine injured.

The other seven 20+ year old’s, to the best of my knowledge, have not made the connection, at least not publicly, I suspect that at 2am in the morning many of them are either suspicious of the vaccine or know it damaged them.

I have a laundry list of stories of direct friends and acquaintances that have been injured, all seriously. Most of them I think have not made the connection, certainly not publicly and not to me. I can imagine there is some combination of anger and shame, and a dread of anyone doing an “I told you so”.

I only have three friends who have admitted to me that the vaccine injured them.

So…what does all this mean.

Well, from this small sample size, it looks like the vaccines have injured almost everybody, and seriously.

If you have not made the connection between your vaccination and your injury, then at least in your mind, you are uninjured. If you surveyed the seven 20+ in the office, I am sure ALL of them would NOT self-identify as injured.

I’m reminded again by what a friend said very early on in Australia’s vaccine campaign:

I was talking to a friend the other day who had taken both doses and he said, “I took the first two and I was fine, I don’t know what all the fuss is about”, to which I said, “if you run through a mine field without having your leg blown off, it doesn’t mean it was a good idea. Run through that minefield enough times and a mine will get you eventually”.

Now reflect on the video above, if you don’t know who that is, it’s Dr. Kevin Stillwagon (more on him soon).

Stillwagon is talking to my “what’s all the fuss” friend. Here is a transcript of Stillwagon’s 5 points:

So you might be thinking, those adverse reaction, people are crazy, I got the shot, nothing bad happened to me, I'll give you five reasons why that is:

First, you have no idea where the tip of that needle is when they push that plunger. If it's in a vein or a capillary bed, those particles will rapidly spread to your heart and to your brain, increasing your chances of neurologic and cardiac symptoms.

Secondly, you have no idea how many particles are in that syringe, it could vary tenfold based on how it was prepared, and the more particles you get, the greater the chance of an adverse reaction. So maybe you just got lucky.

Third, there is polyethylene glycol into shot that keeps the particles from sticking together. If it degrades, and it does, you could get injected with coagulating goo that can cause a deadly stroke or a heart attack within minutes or hours.

Fourth, the mRNA that's in the shot can degrade also, so it won't even make the spike protein at all lessening your chance of an adverse reaction.

Fifth, the more acidic your body is, the more spike proteins you will make. And that will increase the chance of an adverse reaction.

So maybe you got lucky again, and your body due to your diet or medications was less acidic, and you made less by proteins. But you can only be lucky for so long. The effects of this shot are cumulative. So my advice is to never ever get one of these shots again. And if you did get one, get your D dimer levels checked for micro clotting, and troponin checked for myocarditis.

These problems can be asymptomatic and result in chronic disease or death in two to five years if you don't do something about it.

What he said!

It’s interesting that he is highlighting nervous system disorders and cancers generally (this includes “sudden” growths) over myocarditis. They have not been highlighted enough to my mind.

If you run through a minefield, and don’t die, but bust your ankle, or break a leg…you are still seriously injured, even though you didn’t step on a mine directly.

If you run through that minefield, and are perfectly fine at the other side, that doesn’t mean there was no risk, or that it was a good idea, it simply means that you have been astonishingly reckless and astonishingly lucky. As you repeatedly run through the minefield, your luck runs out…that is a statistical certainty.

I want to say something about cancer that I have only recently pieced together.

As you probably know by now, one of the ways that the industrial medical complex “The Machine” works, is that it shines a very bright light on things it wants you to see and pay attention to and switches off the light on anything it doesn’t. Good example of that is Ivermectin, they simple turned off the light with brute force (fake research, fake narrative, co-opting of governments to deny access etc.). They turned off the oxygen and switched off the lights, for millions.

They have also done that for HIGH DOSE Vit C, but that’s another story for another day.

Now let’s talk about cancer. How many of you, before the GMC, and before you had to become DIY doctors, knew that your immune system prevented cancers. I didn’t.

I thought my immune system saved me from bacteria and viruses, that’s it. That is where the search light was shone, so that is where I went to look and that is where my understanding, axioms, and “beliefs” were “made”.

But now that I have been forced to pay attention to the medical tyranny that is suffocating us, and having gone looking where the lights are turned off, it turns out that not only does the immune system kill bacteria, and kill viruses, but…drum roll…

IT KILLS BAD CELLS!!!

What is a bad cell?

It’s a bad copy of another cell. Our cells are splitting ALL the time, and they make bad copies ALL the time (for a laundry list of reasons). These bad cells ARE cancer. Your immune system tags and kills them. Your immune system tags and kills cancer all day long. If you damage your immune system, you damage your bad cell tag and destroy system.

How could such a fundamentally simple truth have been in my blind spot? Well…because that idea does not serve The Machine.

If you thought of cancer through the lens of your own immune system, you would then think about what you could do to maintain the health and operation of your immune system, which takes you down plenty of cheap, safe and effective pathways. As one example only, Vit D is a big deal when it comes to supporting your immune system.

Have you ever taken Vit D before? I have.

Have you ever thought of Vit D as a prophylaxis to cancer? I haven’t.

And that is exactly the way it’s meant to be.

Now onto Stillwagon. Here is a profile:

Dr. Kevin Stillwagon was raised in a chiropractic family and never received a vaccine of any kind. He always wanted to be a pilot and started flying at the age of 15. He followed in his father’s footsteps and became a chiropractor in 1980, licensed in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania. He self-published a book in 1984 titled "The Silent Killers" on medical freedom and the dangers of vaccines and has been a medical freedom fighter ever since. The book is being republished on drkevinstillwagon.substack.com. He invented and patented a thermographic device in 1985 and taught its use worldwide. He became an airline pilot in 1987. In early 2020, he saw signs that loss of freedom over covid mandates could be worse than the virus and began to speak out at his airline employer, which forced him to retire because he refused to wear a facemask as part of his uniform. He continued to speak out at school board meetings and county commissioner meetings in various central Florida counties. Many of these were videoed, so he posted them on social media, some of which became very popular.

Amelia first brought him to my attention.

Another reader posted this in the comments recently (thanks Andy):

I recommend reading the book "The Silent Killers" by Dr. Kevin Stillwagon. Originally published in 1984, the book is out of print, but Dr. Kevin has posted an updated version of the entire book on his substack

The Silent Killers
In 1984 I self-published a short book titled “The Silent Killers” that addressed medical freedom issues and the dangers of pharmaceuticals and artificial immunization procedures (shots called vaccines). I have decided to distribute the entire publication chapter by chapter on this platform. Additions or amendments to the original are italicized to bring…

This book comprehensively explains, in layman's terms, how vaxxes (don't) work, and then explains each different vaxx in detail. Dr. Stillwagon is also a licensed pilot, and has written about the vaxx and pilot deaths.

I was trying to remember an Arabic proverb the other day, but it was too far back in my memory bank. Then I bumped into it the link above!! Serendipity!!

He who knows not and knows he knows not; He is simple – teach him.

He who knows and knows not he knows; He is asleep – wake him.

He who knows and knows he knows; He is wise – follow him.

Stillwagon is doing a course in Feb 2023, on the innate immune system, for any that are interested.

Now for some AI assistance, on how our immune system works to prevent cancer.

Damage your immune system at your peril.

The immune system plays a crucial role in protecting the body from cancer. It does so by identifying and eliminating abnormal cells, such as cancer cells, that have the potential to grow and spread uncontrollably.

Immunosurveillance

One way the immune system helps prevent cancer is through a process called immunosurveillance. This refers to the constant surveillance of the body by immune cells, such as T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, which are able to detect and destroy abnormal cells, including cancer cells. T cells and NK cells recognize and target cells that have abnormal or altered proteins on their surface, which can be a hallmark of cancer cells.

Recognition and destruction of cells

One of the primary ways in which the immune system helps prevent cancer is through the recognition and destruction of cells with abnormal or damaged DNA. DNA damage can occur as a result of exposure to environmental toxins, radiation, or the normal aging process. If this damage is not repaired, it can lead to the development of cancer. To prevent this from occurring, the immune system has a number of mechanisms in place to identify and eliminate cells with abnormal DNA.

For example, the immune system can recognize cells with abnormal DNA through the use of specialized immune cells called T cells. T cells are able to recognize and bind to specific proteins, called antigens, that are present on the surface of cells. If a T cell encounters a cell with abnormal DNA, it will bind to the cell and release molecules called cytokines, which signal to other immune cells to attack and destroy the abnormal cell.

The production of antibodies

Another way the immune system helps prevent cancer is through the production of antibodies. Antibodies are proteins that are produced by certain immune cells in response to the presence of a foreign substance, such as a virus or abnormal cell. They can specifically bind to the foreign substance and help to neutralize it or mark it for destruction.

Immune surveillance of the gut microbiome

Another way the immune system helps prevent cancer is through immune surveillance of the gut microbiome. The gut microbiome is the community of microorganisms that live in the gastrointestinal tract and play a role in maintaining overall health. Imbalances in the gut microbiome, known as dysbiosis, have been linked to an increased risk of cancer. To prevent this, the immune system helps maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms in the gut by regulating the immune response to the microbiome.

Immune surveillance of the skin

The immune system also helps prevent cancer through a process called immune surveillance of the skin. The skin is the first line of defense against external threats and is constantly exposed to potential carcinogens, such as UV radiation and environmental toxins. The immune system helps protect the skin by producing immune cells, such as Langerhans cells, which can recognize and eliminate abnormal cells, including cancer cells.

Produces interferon

In addition to these mechanisms, the immune system also produces molecules that inhibit the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. One example of these molecules is interferon, which is produced by immune cells and acts to inhibit the growth and division of cancer cells. Interferon can also stimulate the immune system to attack and destroy cancer cells, making it an important component of the immune response to cancer.

In conclusion, the immune system plays a vital role in the prevention of cancer through a variety of mechanisms, including the recognition and destruction of cells with abnormal DNA, the activation of immune cells to attack and destroy cancer cells, and the production of molecules that inhibit the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. These mechanisms, along with immune-based therapies, help to protect the body from the development of cancer and can play a critical role in the treatment of cancer.
