This is so interesting. I recently listened to Catherine Austin Fitts mention that when she was diagnosed with early breast cancer she opted out of the traditional treatments. Instead, she began applying iodine topically to both breasts and said that her lump disappeared over time.
We have yet to discover the wonders of this supplement.
I highly recommend Lynne Farrow's book The Iodine Crisis. She used iodine to recover from breast cancer and then retraced the history of iodine suppression. There is a private group in Hungarian on Facebook with nearly 50 000 members. The above book is a seminal work in the life of the group! We are talking about an undeservedly silenced element. I daily use approx. I take 50 mg of iodine daily, in the form of Lugol's solution.
I have not seen her video but appreciate you saying so. I will def look into iodine/bile salts because of the information presented in this excellent article.
Within the last 6 months, I have applied castor oil on the 'knots' in my palms (Dupuytrens contracture) and they are substantially reduced, (my acupuncturist and I estimate 80% gone). I expect full disappearance as I have been more consistent in application. New 'good' habits sure are harder to acquire than 'bad' ones! 😊
I learned of the wonders of this beautiful oil for many maladies and it is a hair growth stimulant (my mature brows and lashes are thicker!).
The medical care system does not 'treat' this potentially debilitating problem. They jump to 'surgery', which does not prevent regrowth and might require surgeries for the rest of your life (kinda like the fibroids..)
Interesting story. What Ruth skipped, during this trying struggle, was where did all these hardships originate from? Vaccines are the cornerstone of all illness and disease. No vaccines, no disease, it's that simple. Reading glasses for a child? Maybe Vit K dropped into the eyes of newborns? I live in Amish country. Never have I seen Amish youngins wearing glasses. Occasionally old folks doing needlepoint, but that comes from age, all other age groups, no glasses in sight.
This young woman needs a serious detox IF the detox will even work after 2 shots. These injections were formulated to have the mRNA seek out and destroy any prior weaknesses in the body to exacerbation and then spike new ones to develop. For how long, we don't know. The road Ruth travelled may have been a hard one, but ridding her body of the covid chemicals, I believe, will be harder than that which she has already traveled. Pharma left no stone unturned.
They were glasses for seeing far, not up close :) Where I grew up, many children had glasses. I think one issue also is the lack of sunshine and the fact that they keep children inside all day.
I’ve looked into vaccines a lot over the years. I know they lie at the root of many health issues.
I also knew that when I got the covid vaccines. It was perhaps the hardest decision of my life but there was a lot of pressure on us where we were living.
I’m certain I will get better though. I prefer a positive approach because the mind plays a huge role in overall health.
Hi Ruth, thanks for telling us your story. You may be interested in the work of Naomi Wolf. Her and her team have done a lot of research on the effect of the covid injections on women. Best wishes. https://naomiwolf.substack.com/
Until earlier this year I had had a large and painful verruca on the sole of my foot. It had been there for 38 years, since the birth of my daughter, and had caused my foot to distort (hammer toe, large bunion). I had tried pretty much every remedy going, and had spent thousands of pounds on treatments and podiatrist visits, including a course of ‘Swift’ treatment. Nothing made any difference.
Then my husband spotted a review on Amazon of iodine which had been successful in getting rid of the reviewer’s long-term verruca.
I ordered a little bottle of 2% iodine and started applying it to the verruca. Within a month the verruca had completely disappeared. I’m left with the distortion of the foot, of course, but I can now walk much longer distances without pain.
I started reading up on iodine deficiency and I’m persuaded that it’s a serious problem. We bought iodised salt (salt in the UK is not routinely supplemented with iodine) and I’ve been taking a kelp supplement.
Most, if not all, skin lesions are caused by localized infections. There are any number of things that can help: hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, decolorized iodine, gum spirits of turpentine, coconut oil and probably several more. Reverse osmosis water cleared up a lot of my skin issues.
For more stubborn skin issues, topical application of gum spirits of turpentine (not the stuff sold at Lowe's) has worked best for me. It has solvent properties, in addition to being anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, etc. It has a strong piney smell, but it dissipates fairly quickly.
By the way, don't mix HP with decolorized iodine, as it will cause it to re-colorize.
Ruth needs to detox from the clot shot, asap. Several ai stackers have excellent detoxes. FLCCC and Dr. Peter McCullough have one using NAC, zinc, C, sunlight… and some other things.
I recently did a detox protocol with natokinase and bromelaine. I’m also taking zinc, vitamin C, and D, among other things. I heard fasting combined with zeolite clay can also help a lot.
Ruth should start following The Nutrition Detective on utube if she wants to learn the root cause of her issues. In a nutshell, you have toxicities and deficiencies. Your bile is already toxic, which is causing all of your symptoms. Adding exogenous bile will only exacerbate your problems.
Dr. Smith can help guide you to understand which foods to avoid to reduce intake of toxins so your body can start clearing out its toxic stores. He has a very small number of supplements that can correct your deficiencies and support your body's detoxification pathways.
Dr. Smith is a licensed naturopath who can work with people all over the world. He does weekly livestreams on utube to help educate people so they can start truly healing themselves, instead of temporarily masking symptoms with diets and supplements that do not address root causes and can make things worse in the long run.
Thanks for the recommendations. I’ll check them out :) I’ve been able to detox quite a bit in the past years but it’s clear there’s more work to do. I took bile salts once before and they helped reduce my symptoms. I’m on the second day taking them now and I already see improvement :)
Hi Ruth! It's so beneficial for us to hear other peoples health journeys, it's gives us ideas on what to try and hope when we see something working for someone else. Wishing you the best in finding more answers!
Bitter tasting foods are a signal to your body to produce bile. Bitterness has been bred out of many common foods today, so a supplement is probably your best bet (search for bitter herbs). Bitter melon may be the cheapest option. But some leafy greens are still bitter. Celery might do the trick. Lemon/lime juice in plain water would likely be helpful. Lemon juice and Bragg's apple cider vinegar in water is a daily routine that a lot of people adopt for the overall benefits to health.
Nitric oxide can help with migraines, as it will relax blood vessels. Magnesium also. Prolonged stress can deplete a lot of nutrients, so you might have multiple deficiencies/insufficiencies.
The Longevity Diet by Valter Longo is a fasting-mimicking diet that will reset your hormones, as well as recycle a lot of the nutrients in your body. It has the benefits of a water-only fast, but is calorie reduced, incorporating foods that will not shut down autophagy. It's much easier to do than a water fast, but not something you want to do while working. Best to take some time off to do it. The diet was commercialized as Prolon, but I'd advise to follow the advice in the book instead. I've done both, and the book version worked better. My hormones were balanced for around six months - I could eat anything and not gain weight. Which eventually screwed things up, and I returned to "normal." Doing intermittent fasting after the Longevity Diet would probably be ideal.
I agree with the first comment posted that considering the McCullough Protocol would be very wise.
Thank you for all the tips! It’s very interesting because I’ve always felt like my body craves bitter foods and also things like lemon. It’s amazing how our bodies give us those signs. I’ll continue adding bitter foods.
Some of your tips I’ve already tried but I’ll look into the others! I did a jab detox protocol recently with natokinase and bromelain.
I had constipation problems all throughout my childhood (1970-80's) and it would cause severe headaches. It wasn't until I discovered magnesium in my late 40's that I began to get relief. I take it nightly. And if I don't, I regret it.

Amazing to hear your results with iodine!

Yes, the path to health then succumb to the untested, no insert, fast tracted/warp sped injection?

I completely forgot to mention magnesium in the interview but it’s helped me a lot too! I take it every night before bed.
What kind and at what dose?
I’m taking magnesium carbonate, about a teaspoon per day.
🙏 another great interview
Thank you.
