If Alternative healthcare didn't work, why are their OP drugs so dangerous they kill? And don't really work. But the Vitamin/Mineral bone growth ones reversed OP back to Osteopina, and according to their bad science, the falls I've had should have broken my hip several times. This last one left me with a deep bruise on the Right Knee, should have broke it. The same goes for Covid, no jabs, no Covid. At 74.

There is no exact science to the dosages of vits/mins. For Coral Calcium, D3 the dr will recommend, leaving out the Magnesium Citrate, Strontium Citrate, Selenium, and other trace minerals like Folic Acid. I just looked up what makes babies' bones grow, and multiplied it out by my weight. They test for Calcium and D only.

Another thing to consider with bone demineralisation is low salt status

Hyponatremia kills so the body scavenges salt from bones to maintain blood volume

Water follows salt

Kidneys state of ease is to expel excess salt

Before refrigeration food was preserved in salt

In low salt status the adrenals produce aldosterone to scavenge and conserve salt

Adrenal function spells an emergency situation

Low blood volume increases heart rate to compensation which increases the heart’s work

Suggest james Dinicolantonio’s book The salt Fix

He was researching cardiac health and reviewed the effect of salt. Only to find salt moves the blood pressure of most only 3-5points. Salt having so many vital functions was mislabeled and demonised for no good reason or more likely purposefully for big pHARMa’s benefit.

Increased heart rate is an indicator of dehydration

Low salt causes dehydration because the kidneys must remove water if there isn’t sufficient salt to retain it

Salt is the sponge we need to attain hydration

Joints that loose salt to aldosterone also loose fluid

Hip and knee replacements

The ubiquitous saline drip is the elixir of life and how hospitals save a lot of lives

Hydration means a body can heal

I say chronic dis-ease is a result of chronic dehydration

If I may Gail, look into replacing Folic Acid with Folate. Have been looking at it for myself (68) .☺️ Best to you.

Good idea, it has broader use, like Selenium vs Melatonin.

I really wouldn't like to be in the subconscious mind dump of the poisoned poor, sick denialist. Better for all concerned if those neural pathways are just welded shut forever...mmm, isn't that called dementia? What's a myelin sheath Mummy?

I agree with most everything you write. And…I do believe there is an important place for holistic therapists. Physical trauma from accidents, emotional trauma, and other developmental anomalies (e.g. tongue ties) can be uncovered and overcome with wise care. The rate at which these issues have grown, I agree, is alarming. (transparency: My career has focused on promoting natural, non-allopathic, holistic practitioners.)

The silver lining (if there is one) to the whole disaster is the fact that many people are turning/returning/looking into healing/helping themselves with

a help of natural/more traditional remedies.

Just need to read "Cause Unknown" by Ed Dowd.

Vaccines have never been proven to work but the belief in them works! Never had my son vaxed, he is now 22, never had or gets sick, no allergies, very intelligent. Sad to see how much poison kids are exposed to these days. I love Anthony Williams the medical medium books, vids and podcast, enlightened me or reassured me I have always been on the right track. Eat real food everyone, unpackaged.
