I agree with everything you spoke about. I also felt awful that because of my age I would be put in the same bracket as the man you are referring to in your article . I am 76 tomorrow. I have three grown up kids and five grandchildren . My husband left me with three children. All under the age of six. I was from a very poor uneducated background . I lived on state benefits. Life improved when I got further education . But I’ve never really had money to be honest. I still don’t .
I have no intention of getting the jab. Neither do my kids & my grandkids. I encourage everyone I know not to go down that road. Especially getting children vaccinated .Unbelievable.
What this old lady has done is taught her children well & her grandchildren too, .We are all unvaccinated. All on the same page politically . We hate injustices of any kind . Abhor the lies that are being told etc etc . In turn they will bring their children up with these principles too & on it goes. I sometimes despair for their futures. But I live in hope too.
I get that the people you are referring to are different. It just pained me that us oldies are being put in the same bracket. I live in the UK by the way . The politics are a shambles here. While we were all locked down ,Boris Johnson & his cronies were partying . Maybe because they knew it was safe to do so. You couldn’t make it up . Yet still people believe them. I don’t get it. The pressure I’ve had put on me to get the vaccine from close friends is unbelievable. Some of whom have fallen out with me and think I’m bonkers . So be it . It’s so divisive. Which is one of the aims. I’m sure.
