As in the live exercise we are now living through, the misunderstanding is on the part of the drug pushers: the burden of proof is on them to prove their substance is safe.
Or rather, there is no misunderstanding. They know damn well what they have done.
I wonder why we are so amazed, disturbed, angry, whatever.
Chemical products artificially synthesized in bulk, with huge profit margin, even with royalties and patents blown up for obvious reasons - this is a business.
Like any business, it involves conceptualization, designing, testing (no, not like that), prototyping, setting up the machine park, organizing quality assurance, ensuring employment of the proper people, and a ton of stuff before the production begins. And tons of money spent after the production to have the product reach you.
Planning various scenarios and wargaming various courses of events and outcomes is a must at this scale of operations. They all do this. In this case, the players went public with it, at least with the most non-confidential aspects.
Isn’t it great? You can examine the process, see how the players interact with each other - even though they were all on the same big team. And you can hear what the priorities are. The intertwining of the priorities with the activities planned in the scenarios is another treasure.
Was it successful? What a question. You are in the fourth year of the continuous play of the scenario. You probably think that this scenario is the end in itself…
I was gaslit essentially out of half the circles I worked in over the past few years for doing the work on the military health database (DMED) correctly, and laying it bare. It was disappointing to see so many people go along with the LARP, and often lie so firmly about it. This is the sort of mixture of lies with truth that becomes cognitively exhausting to people trying to sort it all out.
Yes, that SPARS document goes on to say the gov't blows off the vax injury victims because gov't data show the victims weren't injured by the vax (that did, in fact, injure them).
So, they will shine people on for a while, then blow them off. (The victims will be dead by then anyway.)
