What a brilliant article. I believe every word of it. My own experience has shown me that is true. I saw videos way back about men who could still remember their circumcision. Propagandized as I was being a new mother I said yes to circumcision. Never did it occur to me that such barbarity would be performed without anesthesia or at least some form of topical numbing agent. To this day, just thinking about it makes me cry and no mother can ever watch such a procedure and not weep for those innocent babies and the monstrous procedures performed upon them, approved by us. I could go on and tell my story but it's just to painful.

Thank you for sharing. Many mothers share your experience.

Let go of the burden of feeling responsible for harming your baby. You did what you considered to be the proper thing to do. Now you know better.

Are you familiar with the term "Regret Moms"?

Here is a link to an article with helpful info on how to heal emotionally, such as:

1) Apologize to your baby.

2) Plan to apologize to your son when he is old enough to understand and process the apology.

Thank you so much for this interview! It has been a long time since I visited this subject but it was huge for me when I was doing training in breathwork. In my first holotropic breath session which went for 2 hours I experienced my birth which was very traumatic. My mother was given an epidural so she couldn't push and I was ripped out with forceps. I saw these figures in green gowns hurting me and my mother and I was furious. I have no doubt that babies are conscious from very early on. I never gave birth myself but I was pregnant once when quite young and really not up to being a parent. So I decided to have an abortion and I communicated intensely with the being inside of me explaining why it wasn't possible for me to have a baby at that time. It was not a traumatic experience for me and I have nothing lingering from that time as I believe also that the child inside me understood what was going on and was okay about it.

When I was training in breathwork I used to get so excited about what might be possible if babies were conceived, carried and born with gentle awareness and acknowledgement of their consciousness. Water birth is a wonderful way to bring a child into the world as is leaving the placenta attached. I heard about mothers who made a bag for the placenta while they were pregnant and then left the cord attached and the placenta in a bag. It encourages a quiet time for mum and baby until the cord detaches of its own accord. Not an ancient practice this one but something new that could help to bring such beautiful beings into the world, which we need to heal the damage that is being done. Thank you for sharing this information! (-:

Kerry,

Thank you for sharing your abortion experience. I am sure your baby got the message.

From what I have found, some children even recall that the timing was off for their mom to have a pregnancy. They returned when the road was clear and were born in a subsequent pregnancy. They spontaneously share their memories with their mother, who of course, had never discussed this topic with her young child.

All the best,

Thank you 😊! I had a dream in my mid 40s of being in a beautiful cabin in the forest. Everything in the cabin was clean and cozy. Embers of a fire were in the fireplace. I was thinking, I will be back soon, I need to go on a little trip. As soon as I stepped out the door of my cabin and turned to lock it, an unseen aggressive force grabbed one of my braids and began choking me. I was shocked and surprised! I tried to fight back then another entity lifted me off my feet and pinned me against the wall. And that was the end of my nightmare. I recounted it to a good friend who was a Zen master and he said "what was your birth experience like?" I had an epiphany...I was born breech in 1970, my mother's first baby, the cord was around my neck, but it was a successful delivery. As soon as I was born I raised my head and looked around trying to get my bearings.

Good Day Unbekoming and Commentariate,

I deeply appreciate the work you do and this topic with Elizabeth Carman on Prebirth Memories, Consciousness, Love Sensing, Telepathy, Past Lives and much more.

Nevertheless I have concerns. We actually need to allow long term (multi generations of practice/living these ideas and methods mentioned here, and further adaptation based on feedback of our communities experience over the generations). Why do I say this?

Sadly my mom and family while I was young listened to the modern nonsense disguised as deeply researched and validated science. Thus our family for a time gave up butter and began eating margerine and using Crisco, feedlot meat etc. as a modern and healthful way to feed the family.

Fortunately for me my parents recovered their instincts and respect of the past, leased 200acs mostly brush and scrub oak, with about 20+ acres of spring pasture and began raising our own beef, chickens, fruit trees and small garden. Our family gave up all the nonsense of margarine, Crisco etc. and we made our own butter, ice cream, ate grass fed beef long before it was a thing, and more.

With this experience in mind, along with the realization that the best intentions pave a good portion of the road to hell. We need to listen to the experts but realize that deep knowledge and biological understanding we had, has been destroyed by years of war and corporate food propaganda. This was the "road to hell" spoken of above.

Also in the early 1970s the US was 4th in the world in health and longevity, by 2020 plunged to 79th in the world in health and longevity.

Thus we need to listen carefully to our hearts, our being. We need to reclaim as much as possible the food grown in our garden and from the gardens of local growers we meet and come to know at the local farmer's market. These maybe the best ways we can regain our deep intuition of life, ours, our babies, and the Earth.
