Why do people immediately default to a defensive stance when their wrong-doings are pointed out to them? Those were brilliant letters you wrote, and anyone with half a brain cell or an iota of compassion would have taken them to heart.
I think that it's more an unwillingness to think. They're holding on to 2019.
