All of this! Yes! I especially appreciate your comment on #11.
Everything in “healthcare” has become counterproductive to actual health. My first tipoff to this years ago was realizing that something as natural and routine as childbirth had been transformed into something like a disease state requiring medical intervention. And the more medical interventions she takes, the more prone to complications a mother and baby become. God’s design is nothing less than unfathomable genius — let it do its thing!
Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way is a book for coaching natural childbirth, and it describes how even just receiving IV fluids upon entering the hospital (which is standard) dilutes the hormone that naturally and gently accelerates labor, resulting in “slowed or stalled labor” to which the doctor recommends administering pitocin to artificially stimulate/accelerate labor. This artificial stimulation is so fast and so painful/difficult (as compared to the more gradual and tolerable natural escalation of labor) that it precipitates physical distresses in mother and baby to the point of then requiring emergency c-section to rescue them from the risks created by hospital protocol itself. But of course, c-sections are far more profitable than natural deliveries, bringing also the financial payoff of treating the potential issues/infections common to surgical childbirth — no wonder the industry frightens young women into thinking natural childbirth outside of hospital management is too hazardous! What a world!
I love what you wrote! I've just turned 70, but back in the day I taught natural childbirth classes and had my 3 boys at home (in swanky Dallas, if you can imagine!). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to me like the process has improved muck in all these years. In general, women are still terrified of childbirth and fail to recognize the natural process. Medicine, in general, is just so unnatural!
I was blessed to have an aunt whose children were born naturally at home, and then during my first pregnancy, I had an acquaintance (a mother of 4 or 5?) who was herself an advocate for natural childbirth and a Bradley Method coach. These influences steered me away from my traditional obstetrician and into a birth center for my firstborn. All three of my babies had midwife assisted births and all are healthy, unvaccinated adults today. Praise God for His lavish wisdom!
One of the 1st things I learned in Medical Assisting school was to never allow a patient to leave without a follow-up appointment. That was the beginning of my discovery. I remember all the personal care we gave to patients that no longer existed when I landed in the hospital. I couldn't believe there was no hygiene, no baths, no toothbrushes, all the foods given to me that I had eliminated like margarine, pudding, no salt allowed, mystery meat.
When I finally changed clothes, like Superman in the phone booth, and went to a homeopath, dropping all allopaths, he kept notes. A visit would require him to walk in with a loose-leaf binder file 2" thick. Nothing on the computer, ever. That's called confidentiality. The importance of that cannot be overstated. That's why I purchase in cash. If more people understood that we would not be facing the financial crisis coming down the road. Swiping cell phones to pay in lieu of cash is going to bring in the doomsday scenario...............Slavery.
Always remember it is YOUR health, and don't let anyone take it away from you. But that also means you need to make it your responsibility to protect it. Trust those you know well for help, before letting a well-compensated stranger perform their rituals upon you.
As long as the AMA has a virtual monopoly on insurance reimbursement, the healthcare they provide will always be dangerous and inferior, with an increased potential of bad patient outcomes.
The options are to 1) ban insurance, and doctors will be forced to provide effective treatments that patients can afford. Or 2), open insurance up to all modalities, which will likely just create a bureaucratic mess for everyone, and pollute the existing healing modalities that truly work.
Life expectancy (if you could avoid being killed in a war) was increasing before there was health insurance. And now, 70 or so years later, life expectancy is declining, despite health insurance, vaccination and various "miracle" drugs.
There will always be times when you need to see a doctor, especially for trauma. But it seems it is best to avoid seeing them on a routine basis. After all, they are trained to ignore your health trends until you reach the point in your disease where the diagnosis is sufficient for insurance to cover the treatment cost.
I do love Vernon Coleman. Of course, I also managed to find something to disagree with. He said "Nine out of ten illnesses could heal themselves if allowed to do so naturally."
I would argue simply that 9 out of ten illnesses are left to themselves and are healed naturally without attention from a medical professional. Most cases of illness, most cases of the common cold, upset stomach, minor cuts, bruises, rashes, even influenza and COVID are minor, never seen by a doctor, and are cured by natural healthiness. These cures are simply ignored, they are not "medical" so they are not considered important.
I remember reading about a female coroner who decided to study dead women's breast tissue (from non breast-related deaths). She found that 40% of women had scar tissue in their breasts, testifying to come-and-gone, never declared or treated breast cancer. That's when I decided to kick my faith in the body's wisdom and capacity in full swing, which faith was later supercharged when I used Black Salve on a bloody mole on my leg. I made a video which got tens of thousands of Youtube views, hundreds of gratitude and hundreds of trolls... Then a censorship from YouTube.
Your 11th law is so true. Having been a nurse for 30 years, I now consider myself awake to how broken healthcare really is. My mantra has always been there is nothing that surgery can’t make worse. I tell this to anyone who will listen. But there are those that sign up for one surgery after another.
I made the mistake of leaving my elderly mother in hospital overnight. I got a midnight call from her and rushed to the hospital, where I found she was moved to a mixed ward with incontinence bags on the floor, whist injecting her with a medication to keep her quiet. I told them to stop and stayed with her all night until her release in the morning. Not sure she would have survived had I not gone in.
Yup, my mother went to emergency hospital care recently (at 83, takes no pills, does not consult the medical establishment). Between one and three of us were there every day and night for 7 days to verify, ask, advocate, say no over and over again. Phew what a trip! Thank goodness none of us go "in there" very often!
Good job by your family, making sure your mom always had advocates there to oversee the hospital staff and to make informed decisions! We will never know how many deaths are caused by medical personnel in hospitals when no one is around to see what is happening.
Yes, and I'm sure that most hospital staff - includng doctors - really do their best in a deeply sick and corrupted system. Did you know that public hospital nurses of Quebec (Canada) have, for decades now, been subjected to mandatory overtime? How could we expect them to do great work? To even CARE at this point?
“Mammographic screening MAY HELP PREVENT some breast cancers…” Absolutely not accurate! Mammograms may pick up early breast cancers but they cannot prevent them.
Also, I believe that evidence is now showing that meat from healthily raised cattle (grass-fed) can actually play a curative role. This has been shown anecdotally by various people on carnivore diets recovering from a whole host of illnesses including some cancers. Colon cancer is one of them. Conventionally raised, feed-lot meat is full of nasty carcinogenic chemicals from cheap feed and vaccines. That said, I personally find eating our fellow residents of planet Earth to be unkind.
ETA: I just noticed your note saying the same re quality of meat😬.
On Coleman's 9th Law which states that "doctors and nurses know nothing useful about food, diet and healthy eating":
No kidding! You should have seen the info from the nutrition class that a person I know who was recently diagnosed with T1D was sent to, provided by the hospital and insurance company.
Regarding Coleman's laws 4 and 5 about screening and annual check-ups:
These are core beliefs of the adherents of the religion of "modern medicine."
Screening and check-ups "catch" medical conditions "early" so the medical system can "save lives" with their "treatments."
The following video talks about how screening only gives the appearance of improving patient outcomes. (Even though the video overall is still more accepting of mainstream medicine than I think is wise, the part showing the deceitfulness of the claim that screening saves lives is very well explained.)

Yep, what a world to it all. Thank you.

Thank you! Amen !
well, it is not too hard to breeze right by the appointment desk without making one. That is what i do. if i ever go, which is rare.
That is EXACTLY what I do. Then they call me months later and I tell them I am fine, see no need for another check-up, thank them, and hang up.
they are flat out harassing me with phone calls, i get 5 a day. had to unplug my land line unless i want to call out.
Kudos to Coleman for creating this list!

Cures are a threat to a medical system devoid of cures.

Excellent article.
I agree with you. Mammograms are unnecessary and harmful. Their "evidence" that they save lives is dishonest.
This video calls into question the practice of medical screening.

Thank you so much Tonya!
Great List!
Anyone else here think that Coleman was back when they read the title ?
He’s the best!💕
