About 10 years ago, I started doing my own freezing of skin tags, warts, etc. Sometimes the black salve didn't work (if it's not cancerous or actual harmful tissue the salve won't react.) And sometimes I just wanted to try an alternative approach. The freezing off of spots works, as dermatologiests well know. Comfrey Salve can probably fix that. Search Dr. John Christopher comfrey salve.

No. I definitely would not do that. If the skin is broken, it will react with the dermis much differently than intact skin.

I would check to see if you have osteomyelitis under that (brown recluse spider?) bite. And I would get a biopsy to see what you have.
