Medical Research Racket, and boy, is it a racket. Permit me to (Occam) razor thru this so called science about Alzheimers. In my day we called it senility, then came dementia, now Alzheimers. Kinda like shell shock, a term we all understood, now it's PTSD. A doctor once admitted to me that we know nothing of the brain, nor have the ability to fix it. A stroke must fix itself, we can only do what we think is best. Quite a declaration I thought. Then came Dr Andrew Moulden, who described the brain to me in a manner I actually understood.

For 25 years I have been obsessed with my mothers death by Alzheimers. Her diet was perfect except for 2 things. I'll get to that. It may not be a good metric, but for her intelligence level I will use the NYT Sunday crossword puzzle as an example which she finished in the time it took her to fill in the squares. She had to quit school in the 9th grade to help support the family during the Depression. How to explain her knowledge level to a grammar school education is beyond me.

We were poor, but never knew it. Can you imagine feeding a family of 10 on my fathers $3000 a year salary? It was my mother who stretched that budget, made all our clothes, fed us, and used that wringer washer since 1935 until I bought her an automatic after I got my 1st job in 1966.

She knew something was happening in the late '90's and said nothing. TV dinners in the freezer, she said she was tired of cooking, of course we believed her, who wouldn't? She could no longer remember how to cook. By 2000 she was in hospice care at home. Could not speak. Then could not swallow. Always knew us, her eyes would light up when we entered her space.

Later I found out she had been taking the flu vaccine every year for God knows how long. I can still see her standing at the kitchen sink downing water, that's all she drank, nothing else. She converted to margarine cause it was spreadable and CoolWhip so she didn't have to beat up heavy cream. She eliminated fats when my father had a heart attack and painstakingly removed every spec of accumulated grease from his diet cause the doctors said so.

I now know that it took 30 years of replacing healthy saturated fats for seed oils, toxic vaccines containing mercury and aluminum, leagues of fluoridated water, to kill my mother. Heavy metals, neurotoxins, and a low fat diet is all that is necessary to create brain deterioration. So there ya go, I solved the mystery of Alzheimers and no one financed me a dime.

I enjoyed reading your comment. I had early onset dementia up to about 17 months ago, and eliminating all seed and vegetable oil to beat hypoglycemia was the key to reversing it. Went to cooking everything with beef tallow and butter, as well as stripping the plaque from my arteries with a B1 complex in the morning and K2 in the afternoon. Now I have about one quarter of the thoughts, and much better memory. I suspect that learning about trace minerals and sea salt with water helped detox my mercury and aluminum. I know you are correct in your conclusion. Sorry about your loss.

I didn't know alkalized water detoxed heavy metals. When I brew tea for iced tea, my go to drink when not drinking water, I always put a teaspoon of baking soda into the tea after it's brewed and cools down for about 10 minutes. If you put it in before the 10-15 min cool down you'll get a Mt Etna explosion and the tea will foam up over the pot and onto your counter/floor, so beware. Initially, I added that because I knew it made the tea very strong and didn't have to use as much, but now I know I am alkalizing my body, a good thing.

Don, You ask about detoxing aluminum in mercury. In this write the author talks about Dr. Exley's work. Dr. Exley found silica in the form of OSA forms a tight bond with aluminum and detoxes the aluminum. Silica rich mineral water has silica in the form of OSA(orthosilicic acid) Drinking silica rich mineral water will remove the aluminum from our body. There are many waters that have enough silica, Fiji, Volvic and Spritzer are 3 of these waters. Drink 1 litre a day and spread your drinking throughout the day. To safely detox mercury you can take selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine. Dennis N Crouse on blogger has an evidence based write up about removing mercury by taking L-selenomethionine. I don't know if I can post a link.

Thank you for the very thorough synopsis.

I would also posit an additional factor -

EMF in the form of blue light (apart from its effect on melatonin):

Blue light not only affects melatonin, but can also create misfolded proteins in the eye, which is the gateway to the nervous system.

Wow! Congratulations, this is a well researched, if not exhaustive, analysis of one of the most important diseases of our era. There are 53 millions people worldwide with dementia, and by 2050, that number will triple, and me still have no idea what causes it. However, your great research brings us much closer, and is in line with my favourite authority, Dr. Dale Bredesen. I have been in public health for 43 years and can confirm much of what you say. But here’s the thing; maybe we are looking at this thing in the wrong perspective.

The brain is only 3% of body mass but consumes 20% of its energy. Maybe dementia and Alzheimer’s is an energy problem, not a physiological one. Maybe the body is obeying something that all things obey. ENTROPY. The brain s homeostatic mechanism tries to reduce entropy in the bodies highest energy organ, the brain, by obeying the first law of cognition; “if you don’t use it, you lose it.” Put this along with insulin and inefficient glyphatic clearance and you have the makings of dementia, but the mist important energy control of the brain, that dictates brain size is the ApoE gene, that controls the brains highly complex connectivity networks. There are 100 billion neurones connected to a quadrillion synapes, that for highly dense connectivity hubs called nodes, that control our entire cognition, under Metcalfe’s Law of networks. APOE4 destroys these connectivity hubs which was used by our ancestors for long journeys without guarantee of food. Modern man replaced APOE4 with more sedentary energy mutations APOE2&3, which strictly control entropy by limiting brain growth. Any extra energy demands with increase beta amyloid production till it reaches a tipping point and release Tau-protein kryptonite that actively destroys our connectivity below Metcalfe’s critical mass of connections and it’s all downhill from there.

So maybe, just maybe, this has nothing to do with physiological age decline and more to do with entropy and the conservation of energy!

Thank you Geoffrey for mentioning Dr. Bredesen -he's the first that I have ever heard of to actually reverse neurodegeneration with lifestyle changes such as nutrition.

Here is a list of some of the major sources of aluminum: Drinking water treated with alum (an aluminum salt), cooking in aluminum pots and pans, baking powder. some antacids, antiperspirants, most drip style coffee makers (aluminum heating element or tube), aluminum cans (soda, beer etc) , food dyes, water filters that filter out fluoride with aluminum oxide.

Re Q 30:

U.S. politicians do not make crucial decisions for the country. They do what they are told by the moneychangers who own them. They are all merely actors whose job it is to misdirect you from the people who really run the money supply and all major industries, the media, the internet and the educational system. They are paid to rubberstamp military and intel budgets, and to lie to the public all day every day.

If you vote, you are indicating that you consent to being lied to and stolen from.

"Metabolic dysfunction, particularly insulin resistance and diabetes, is strongly linked to dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The enzyme that degrades insulin also breaks down amyloid proteins, suggesting a shared metabolic pathway. High glycemic diets that promote metabolic syndrome are implicated in the development of both diabetes and Alzheimer's. Some researchers refer to Alzheimer's as "Type 3 diabetes" due to these connections."

This is a new twist for me but not a surprise that causes of illness manifest in more ways than we recognize. As far back as 1970s I remember popular wisdom among what was then "natural food" & pesticide critics that aluminum & Teflon cookware were more deadly than chemicals applied to food crops. It's far back enough in memory to have no clear idea of attribution beyond supporters of Rachel Carson's Silent Spring warnings but over time it's clear that chasing cures without looking for causes in toxic lifestyles & diet leads to pharma fortunes w fattest sickest population in human history.

Mercola additionally claimed recently that estrogen causes cancer. This opinion and others are evidence that he has become captured.

Question 26: What role does estrogen play in Alzheimer's disease prevention?

Estrogen appears to play a significant role in Alzheimer's disease prevention, particularly when hormone replacement therapy is initiated within 10 years of menopause. Some studies suggest that estrogen use can decrease the chances of developing Alzheimer's by up to 80%. This protective effect is substantial, yet it remains largely unknown or underutilized in mainstream medical practice. The potential of estrogen in Alzheimer's prevention highlights the importance of considering hormonal factors in both the etiology and treatment of the disease.

Hormone replacement was the miracle cure for decades until elevated risks of cancers were documented decades later.. This negative effect was well recognized by MDs by 1990s. One lesson we fail to learn is that ever intervention has risks and unknowns there is no free ride or benefit without risk especially in a complex system humans barely understand.

I just read today, I thought it was the same article but perhaps not, that what they have been saying about estrogen causing cancer is wrong. I am having lots of memory loss and confusion. I definitely use my brain a lot I farm and have a full-time business and for rentals. I’m 59 years old. And the doctor told me I had no estrogen. I can’t keep weight on. And I have tons of hot flashes which I feel is using up all of my extra calories. 93 pounds. I was thinking about doing the bio identical estrogen. One friend I know Did it and then just a few months later they put a pacemaker in her. She was healthy can’t help but wonder if there wasn’t a correlation.

That’s a big statement about a Dr. that’s considered the leader in alternative medicine. I assume you have evidence of this? How specifically has he been captured and why would he do that and what’s to be gained? What evidence can you cite to back up your claim?

I watched my 90yo stepfather's rapid and steep decline after the c-jabs which were doled out as 'mandatory' care at his senior living facility. What had already started as a slow and manageable decline suddenly went into turbo mode after these shots, sending him down a horrifying and hellish spiral complete with hallucinations, delusions, rage, psychotic episodes, incontinence and violence. This story is common now.

Whether these are causing rapid onset or rapid worsening of dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as rapid onset psychosis, this is a tragic and barbaric situation. And in the USA, the caregiving burden and financial burden fall on families since the government does not take care of our elders as in other developed countries.

So many insults upon insults, struggles upon struggles, injustices upon injustices, impoverishing families and sending the family caregivers down their own path of stress-induced ill health as a result as they try valiantly to care for their loved one who bears no resemblance to the person they once were.

THE SOLUTION:

May we all join together to put RFK Jr in the White House so he can leverage his vast 40yr experience successfully suing corrupt corporations and government agencies and clean up the corruption that created this nightmare. He'll stop the bioweapons industry and the nefarious alliances that got us to where we are. He'll clean up the toxic food supply and expand regenerative farming. He'll make the NIH do its job and identify the true, underlying causes of disease, tackle those causes, and promote prevention and therapies to actually heal both body and mind. He knows how to do it. He'll bring the best minds together to solve these thoroughly modern, runaway diseases that barely existed 100 years ago. He's the only person in our lifetimes with the ability, determination and independence of big pharma funding to do this, unlike the establishment candidates on both sides who are heavily funded and controlled by big pharma (and big everything). So everyone please do what you can to elect Bobby Kennedy. Our lives depend on it.

It won't reverse what happened to my stepdad, but it will be a balm to my heart knowing that this type of misery will be avoided for others – and the greed, deception and coercion that caused it will be tackled head on, starting in a matter of mere months.

UPDATE: Contrary to mainstream news reporting, RFK Jr has NOT dropped out of the Presidential election. He's still in it, and is on most state ballots. He just suspended his campaign for a variety of reasons discussed in this excellent interview with Dr Phil: https://x.com/DrPhil/status/1828848142713766099

Here's what Robert Kennedy Jr is suggesting:

VOTE KENNEDY in all-red or all-blue states (where your vote won't impact the outcome in your state but it serves another vital purpose, described below). Vote for TRUMP in battleground swing states, so RFK can collaborate with Trump on the existential issues they both want to implement: ending the endless wars of choice, stopping the government-run censorship and surveillance regime, and reversing the chronic disease epidemic of children and adults which is now costing us five times the military budget and causing untold disability and death, especially concerning American children who are the sickest children on Earth.

If RFK Jr gets 5% of the popular vote, he can form an independent party in 2025 and have ballot and debate access in 2028 for the Presidential run, and be eligible for campaign funding that would help him and other independent candidates at all levels moving forward. This would be a seismic shift away from the two-party duopoly stranglehold and a major boost for independent politics. Just imagine being independent of corporate influence and duopoly corruption. Everyone's vote matters, so please spread the word and get out the vote! (Furthermore, if Harris or Trump fail to get 270 electoral votes, RFK could still be in the running and end up in the White House. So, again, please get out and vote.)

Spread the word however you can.

Thank you so much for including Dr. Exley's work on aluminum and Alzheimer's in your write up. Thank you for informing people that we can protect ourselves from aluminum by drinking silica rich water as the form of silica found in some mineral water (orthosilicic acid) forms a tight bond with the aluminum detoxifying the aluminum and facilitating the removal of aluminum from the body through urine and sweat. Thank you writing about the failures of drug trials that target Beta-amyloid. Beta Amyloid is NOT THE CAUSE of Alzheimer's. Regarding aluminum being the cause of Alzheimer's, Dennis N Crouse has written 2 evidence based books proving aluminum is the cause of Alzheimer's. In his first book he used Bradford Hills Criteria for causation (all the criteria was met) and in his most recent book he used Causal Inference from the Book of Why. In his most recent book he looked at all the biomarkers which have been identified for Alzheimer's and found all the biomarkers are mediators for aluminum causing Alzheimer's. He has a website, blog on blogger, you tube channel and his books are available on Amazon. Twelve years ago when he learned his mother had Alzheimer's and there was no treatment being a scientist he started reading the research. What he learned compelled him to make this information available to people. I am Dennis' wife and I recently made a 10 minute video on his 2 books. The video is on you tube and I talk about why I can confidently say Aluminum is the cause of Alzheimer's.

Why no mention of the benefits of heat/sauna related to dementia/alzheimers? The studies I've read where impressive, Dr. Rhonda Patrick has done a deep dive on this. Also you mentioned Viagra, but did not elaborate? Maybe it could be referred to as the Head On drug going forward? Nicotine also has some benefits, I've read that smokers don't get Alzheimer's, & it's not because they don't live long enough to get it.

Reminds me of the genome project, which has yielded a fraction of a fraction of its promised benefits.
