One of the most shocking things I have read on this is of the aged care residents in the USA who - having had and survived and recovered from covid last year - were forced to get the jab - and died almost immediately from it - god spare us all

Entirely with you on all this. Won't re-hash the whole argument, but what's your take on current hospitalizations and ICU cases? The rates are very high, in comparison to positive tests. QLD has 144 'cases' and 65 in hospital. NSW has about 4000 'cases' and nearly 60 in ICU - 1.5%. Based on your figures above for the UK, that would mean nearly a million in ICU. Do we just assume they are juicing the figures, as they do in the UK?

Chris, my assumption about them now is that they are always juicing the numbers, but it might me a while to figure out how they are doing it. They don't get the benefit of the doubt anymore. Yes, I've read several reports indicating that hospitalization and ICU are up, they are trying to blame it on delta, but that cannot be it, we know that the variants become less dangerous, not more. It is happening at a time of mass vaccination and I haven't quite figured out what or how it connects to vaccination, but I think is not just correlation but causal. There is something going on with vaccinated people getting infected that is causing a rise in both stats, even more than we saw in the early versions of the virus. It might be ADE but I haven't quite figured it out yet.

A few things for me

The hospitals are full of clot shot victims -our mate was at the emergency room the other day because he’s got kidney stones and there were three people brought in while he was there who had heart troubles from the “shot”

The next factor is that everyone in hospital is getting tested and they’re winding up the PCR test which means that anyone in ICU or in critical care of another kind at the moment is very likely to test positive

The mate that I mentioned above is now in home quarantine because they phoned him to say he was a close contact having been at the hospital.

Poor bastard god spare us

Just know that they are even testing people post-mortem who have died of something completely unrelated and then picking it as a covid death

One thing to note in Queensland is that anyone who tests positive gets taken to hospital apparently
