I would still want to have a monoclonal antibody shot or antibodies from a prior COVID infection before getting Novavax and certainly I would insist that they aspirate, just in case the spike proteins make it to the heart. Having antibodies in your blood already can stop that. Not if you instead inject immune system proof LNPs that have to infect your cells first and involve the immune system later.
