i would put divine thinking first. then psychosomatic, though those go together. it took me a long time to fully realise why i was chronically ill [ pretty much my whole life ] . a course in miracles has a lot to say on illness, and i know now that it is right about this. indevidual differences apply, of course. but essentially it's all ego vs christ [ the consciousness, not jesus the person ]

the ego wants to stay in control. if we realise christ consciousness it melts like the witch in the wizard of oz .

So interesting. I struggle to eat "enough" protein. 30 grams per meal is so overwhelming - it's just too much for this body. My cousin is a longtime vegan, in great physical condition in his 40s. Extremely muscular and energetic. He has a kind heart and a great attitude, so he thrives.
