Try not taking them to the doctor....if they are breast fed, they will be very happy kids. By the time they might get an earache, you can take them to the ER....and then maybe at 5 or 6 you can if you MUST, give them the first shot.
Or, in this country, just say they are illegals...illegals do not have to furnish proof of vaccination to go to schools.
