This is great but should consider the seed oils that are almost exclusively gmo varieties.. In America corn & canola & cotton are almost exclusively gmo that include novel proteins plus residual herbicides.. these crops also get the bulk of USDA subsidy dollars.. it's rigged to feed us the worst ingredients from corp farms. web.archive.org/web/202…

For a real mind blower look at the fact that NO gmo food is ever tested by FDA for safety or novel protein effects.. they are compared to traditional varieties and similar measures of fiber & nutrients based on producer studies gets GRAS status voila into the food supply.. This was Bush Sr program of Biotech Deregulation authored by evil genius Monsanto - FDA revolving door lawyer Michael Taylor.. who needs FDA safety testing?
