Thank you for this fantastic interview. I will need to reread it several times to internalize all the information. I think Jennifer should write a book.

1) "The T3 or T4 hormone might show up on a lab test as “normal levels” but it would be dysfunctional due to the presence of one of the other halides instead of three or four atoms of iodine that should be present."

I can attest to this one. I struggled for decades with fatigue, feeling cold all the time, etc. Multiple bloods test reflected "normal results." Finally, a holistic chiro started me on iodine (standard process). It only took 30 days to see MAJOR improvements.

2) My 2-cents of additional input on cholorides: I'm a swimmer. The chlorine in pools can easily displace iodine ... so I still take iodine supplement with that reason added to the list.
