I need to know all of this... but every new assault against humanity I learn of makes me want to SCREEEEAM!

Yes, screaming is needed then declare yourself a Voluntaryist and work with us to convince others not to give power to the Predators. ALL governments are immoral and unnecessary evils. Get free, stay free.

GHB was vest product I've ever taken... never slept better. Tye 30 days I used it were tge Best sleep of my 4 decades of life... of course FDA banned it. Now that I'm aware, I'll find it again bc this is confirmation that it's a miracle substance, just like DMT and Psilocybin

Hi Tao, I am in New Zealand and have done research on GHB for insomnia. Do you have a reliable supplier for GHB? If so would you please email me, Jack, to discuss this. With gratitude in advance: responsiblyfree@protonmail.com

Great post! Especially with the information on wild lettuce! Thanks!

Everyone should be wearing blue blocker glasses while looking at screens. Also, energy saving lightbulbs are very, very bad. Only incandescent bulbs are safe.

It's called the Circadian Rhythm. I didn't like this article, mainly because it denigrated my life style. I admit going from 9:00 still light to 5:00 now dark takes some getting used to and that's where incandescent bulbs come in and works wonders for me. Now, The Bastards that be have made that near impossible to acquire.

It's been my experience that men can fall asleep on a dime but not so for women, at least not women of my day. Chores galore, raising kids, getting everyone to bed, little down time, thoughts like what I have to do tomorrow as I lay my head on the pillow, impedes the ability of the brain to shut down. Then 7 hours later up and at 'em getting everyone up and sending them off. Normal.

My kids are grown and I am alone. Being alone sends your brain into overload sometimes. Enter Ambien, my drug of choice. My homeopath told me to dump those but what does he know about being a woman. I have a stash of lowest mg that I break in half. Maybe twice a month it's 2-3:00am and I'm still awake, I pop one and sleep exactly 7 hours and wake like I had the best sleep. Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Ambien is horrific, stop that.

Ahh, come on, I've been good for so long, My homemade cheesecake and ice cream are my only vices, and Ambien once in a while to sleep like a baby. Surely you can't deny an elder a couple of shortcomings?

I used to use a hypnotic, a new doc said....400% increase in cancer, it might only be 100% increase though, from my research. Don't use it anymore, try other stuff, melatonin, lavender, GHB if you can get it.

RE: GHB

GHB is also sodium oxybate.

From the DEA: "Xyrem® (which is sodium oxybate) is the trade name of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved prescription medication. Xyrem® is approved as a treatment to improve daytime sleepiness and muscle weakness with narcolepsy ."

Can you get Xyrem prescribed for insomnia, that is "off label"?

Perhaps you could contact Dr Henry Ealy (sp?) and query him to provide more details on earthing sheets viz sleep quality, earthing in general, and emf.

It might make an interesting list - and it could certainly take a long time to document all of the substances that have been banned to facilitate the development and promotion of patent medicines, perhaps from marijuana and opium to the latest scapegoat, Ivermectin, banned to promote "preventative patented vaccines."

Of course the list would be different for different countries, like borax - commonly available in North America under the Mule Team brand, but banned "down under,' or products like many supplements which are blocked from importation into many countries, available only for importation into others, and freely available in others. The patent medicine cartels are constantly expanding their control "for our safety."

GHB is very easy to synthesize, anyone can make it at home.

Instructions are available online..

Hi there, I see that A Midwestern Doctor's article is behind a paywall and as I am already supporting other Substack writers and independant journalists, I will not go that route to support that Substack at this time. However, I am wondering if there are scientific articles on GHB anywhere to be found? All I am able to locate are articles about GHB as a support in the treatment of alcoholism.

I would be curious to know YOUR thoughts on this subject.

Esp on drainage.

I tried the Zeta aide route and felt AWFUL.

Most OTCs for sleep seem to work briefly then stoop working so rotation might be needed. I like Lemon balm at present. AShgwandha has worked before. Magnesium Glycinate. but lately only headaches from it

Sleep is so undervalued in our culture especially with medical schools and doctor training it makes you wonder how much sleep deprivation hurts patients.

Once again you want to "fix" a societal issue with a synthetic drug. It's all the same thing. Go back to using incandescent bulbs, use a screen light blocker, Get rid of radiation frequency pulses all night long. The fact that you, AMD and Jimmy Dorre are all pushing this is proof that pharma has its tentacles everywhere. Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectine are both produced by the same Industry that wants to poison you. It's all the same thing. https://substack.com/@chemtrails/p-146504370

Thank you Biden for outlawing incandescent bulbs, make me crazier than I already am. Now I have to order them thru internet. Those LED's or whatever they hell you call them, are ghastly. I'm a lamp person. Lovely how my house looks with incandescent light. Those other bulbs are stark to dull, just awful and from what I hear, dangerous to handle and dispose of. Another case of destroying something perfect & replacing it with inferior.

Voting is just a way for you to give your power away. Anyone you elect is serving the Central Bankers.

I have a collection of oil lamps that I will use in the winter to save the incandescent bulbs that I have stocked up on.

To be sure, I-do-not-vote. It's the 3way floor lamp bulbs I am most upset with that I cannot find. I do have a small stockpile of others but need to go hunting again. Whodathunkit, light bulbs!!! This is more maddening than finding my favorite perfume and lipstick are now discontinued.

No vote, no voice, no choice. Maybe if you had voted against Biden you wouldn’t be lamenting incandescent light bulbs being outlawed.

Oh yes, entirely. My vote would have swung that election.

Every vote counts and it’s loads of people like you that absolutely cause elections from the Presidency down to your local city council to be lost. And unfortunately when the stakes can’t get any higher is when it matters and unfortunately the dire consequences aren’t isolated to effecting only your kind but all those people who were trying to prevent someone as dumb as Biden or as toxic as the cackling word salad Harris from signing our death warrants. Biden stole the last election but as president he has irreversible damaged the country with illegal immigration just to name one thing. Harris has promised to do far worse and put illegals ahead of citizens born in the US as well as instituting crippling taxation on already ailing companies and investors who drive the economy and the job market just to name a couple things…

Because Biden has destroyed the economy, I struggle to keep food on my table and gas in my car and often I fail at both for the first time ever in my life! So yes, I am very concerned with people like you who don’t care about the rest of their fellow Americans and won’t vote. Every election and vote matters and this time the consequences are far reaching and may seal our fates in many, deeply dystopian ways than just banned incandescent light bulbs.
