Regarding atherosclerosis, I recently read Gerald Lemole's book Lymph & Longevity (not a great read, but there are some good nuggets to be gleaned), where he posits that it is caused by a clogged lymphatic system not being able to clear waste from blood vessels. I believe he stated that calcium was a step in the repair process, but since the clearance of waste is impaired by the clogged lymphatic system, they body has not way to clear it and it instead builds up and causes hardening and narrowing.

The clogged lymphatic system suggests impaired zeta potential, which can be caused by chronic infection, heavy metals, etc. Magnesium deficiency could also play a role, as magnesium and calcium are antagonists. A lack of sufficient magnesium would drive calcium into tissues.

Impaired lymphatic drainage is also implicated in breast cancer, and there is a clear connection between use of aluminum-containing antiperspirants and impaired zeta potential, due to the high positive charge of aluminum. Small amounts of aluminum are also in a lot of processed foods as an anti-caking agent.

It's also worth noting that smoking generates a lot of positive ions, something else that would impair zeta potential. It seems to me that atherosclerosis is commonly associated with smoking, but I could be wrong.

It's interesting that calcification of heart blood vessels and breast cancer could have common causal factors...

Be sure to look into EWOT as well... Something the average person can do on their own without massive expense. https://doctorschierling.com/blog/the-straight-scoop-on-ewot-exercise-with-oxygen-therapy-and-what-it-takes-to-hack-your-own-diy-ewot-system And to be fair, be sure and do a post on the Buteyko Breathing Technique. I had an older gentleman from Switzerland come see me - he was fit beyond belief - who swore by the BBT and gave me a ton of material on.

This is why JOE goes to Delaware all the time. He has been getting Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for years. This was told to me by a Doctor.

This is true; however, Joe's getting worse instead of better because -- since Joe is the Commander-in-Chief, his treating doctors or members of the US Navy and also members of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS.org) -- which bans the use of HBOT below 2 ATA of pressure, and the most effective HBOT protocol for brain-injury is below 2 ATA, Joe is over-dosing and getting worse instead of better.

How do you know so much of this in detail? So, JOE is overdosing on HBOT?

JOE I read had a brain aneurysm. He only has half a brain. How can a man

like that still keep breathing? I say sometimes that he might not be all human.

I owned a chamber for years and used it for post-op complications. I couldn't get anyone to pay, but I sparked the HBO surge in Los Angeles. I was not impressed with it for that, but now it's available in 10 locations here. The insurance billers sometimes get $4000, but the cash market price is $300. My wife recently used it once after surgery but couldn't equalize her left ear and only went once. NOTE: you didn't write about use for cancer. This is substantial, for cancer hates O2.

I see lots of case reporting and anecdote but little controlled trial. Why?

A friend did this for his pressure sores, as a quadriplegic. I think we tried to get qualified or asked abt this for my husband, for his pressure sores but I don’t know why we didn’t. He had to go through cleaning it and where they make it raw to help heal it…I forgot the name. I wonder if this would have helped him not be so prone to pneumonia, asthma, excema, and help his poor circulation.
