Thank you for this! I recently went through menopause and had a horrific time with severe panic attacks, hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, vertigo - basically everything listed as a symptom. My functional doctor tested me and then put me on biodentical hormones and they have been life changing. I feel better than I have felt in years and I swear my skin looks younger - an added bonus!!

Great post. For a more comprehensive treatment including dosing recommendations, here is a way to download my book Hormone Secrets free https://dl.bookfunnel.com/p7dvqow83g

It is also available on Amazon.

Thanks Robert. Your book really opened the door to this subject for me. It's on my list to circle back and do a post just about your book at some point.

Thank you for covering this topic. Imagine the issues the gender identity story "They" are pushing is causing. Radiation from non-native EMF's causes hormonal disruptions. Here is a nice little essay by Roman Shapoval. https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/hysteria. I have found great relief from using homeopathic hormones made on a radionics remedy maker. I found that homeopathic progesterone and estrogen derived from synthetic hormones felt the same as the material doses did. The hormones made on a radionics device have a vibrational match to my own hormones. I have this device, https://www.bionetixdevices.co.uk/product-page/bionetix-non-powered-remedy-maker

You might be interested in learning that the carnivore diet works great to improve hormone levels and function, including not only insulin and ghrelin but thyroid and sex hormones. You would be amazed at the number of older women like myself who do it. Fat is an important component of improving hormone function and some of us thrive on higher fat. There is a lot of discussion about hormones in the carnivore diet community.

I actually have very little joint pain on Biote, but when it runs out it gets bad! I had Osteopenia in one hip for several years and now shows I don't. I asked my doctor if that was normal. He said no...except I've seen this occur with pellets. His nurse, my friend, is the same about her knee. It hurts horribly when her pellets run out. What do you use for Homeopathy? Another issue I have is preservatives. I can't do high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, or brown rice flour they put in pills etc. It litterally blows my mind going to Natural Grocers and reading labels! I want to scream...on what freaking planet is alot of this healthy for ANYONE regardless of it they have a sensitivity or allergy to it?!

"What do you use for Homeopathy?"

You use an individualised prescription. If your case is taken properly and matched with a homoeopathically selected remedy the results can be amazing. (Depending on what else is part of your medical history)

I cured a woman with distressing night sweats with a single remedy.

If you try and use Homeopathy in a this remedy does that manner, the results won't be as impressive.

If you correct the energetic imbalance you don't need to take any medicine ad infinitum.

I get Biote Pellets. I stand by them, but read alot of stories where women have bad experiences. For me it was probably 3rd insertion before I got full benefits. Mainly because it'd been almost 2 years since I'd had last ovary removed and had the WORST reaction to the patch EVER! I was dizzy, broke out like a 14 year old, and skin and bones! So at my 6 week checkup after I picked my doctor's and her nurse's chins off the floor she said you get off that patch immediately! At next 6 week checkup she said you are looking SO much better and I finally felt great! She said until you need something iow get hot flashes etc let's hold off. She said you must have been already living on very little estrogen! Because I was dealing with a horrible case of H Pylori they couldn't get rid of with TWO 14 day regimes I didn't have any side affects from the medically induced menopause for way over a year. They finally gave me Xiaxifan for another issue and boom that fixed the H Pylori. Doctors are honestly so clueless and it's sad. Anyway when I needed something for the hot flashes my doctor gave me standard little pill. Day 1-2 fine...day 3 legs were swelling and by day 5 I'd put on a pound a day. So that was a bust. I finally discovered Biote pellets. I do good except they always want to bump up testosterone because apparently it prolongs the estrogen?! But last 2 years at yearly physical blood work my testosterone is THROUGH THE ROOF! Like way over 400! I even had him lower it last dose because you get to where you feel if you have too much or too little. Especially of testosterone. I won't go into the side effects I get, but let me tell you it's not fun! My thyroid pill had to be lowered too, but I wasn't surprised since I'd recently lost weight I desperately needed to! It was time to kick it in high gear! I feel alot better as far as joint pain is concerned! I keep reading we actually need progesterone and even one facility in Fl advertises pellets are bad you actually need HG whatever. Human Growth stuff. (Like how I got all smart doctor lingo there! 🤭🤪) You know what I mean! lol He suggested not getting my next dose and waiting 4 weeks. I am worried that's not enough to get my testosterone down, but I can feel estrogen is depleted. I'm agitated. Easily irritated. Somewhat depressed. I'd say it's more just a not excited about anything feeling. I have no desire to kick the bucket kind of depressed! I want to live long enough to see big pharma and the elites hung on national tv. I know, I know...will probably never happen or I'd have to live hundreds of years! A lady can dream though! In all that any suggestions? I still have that lump, but it has got smaller. The 4 week break from Biote was a good decision as far as that is concerned. Maybe it will end up the abundance of testosterone caused it?! 🤞🙏

you can do hormone replacement using homeopathic medicines and the side effects are nil. You can change potency and frequency based on your needs. I did BHRT for a year and ended up with two pinched nerves in my back and horrible joint pain.Homeopathy has been a godsend.

Glad to see that you are looking down this rabbit hole. If you want to learn much, much more about this… Look into the work of the late Ray Peat, and then look up Georgi Dinkov. He will absolutely blow up your brain with the amount of knowledge that he has on this topic.
