Does this failure to inspect Essential industry, affect a lot more? We know FAA regs were ignored, and they include Pilots, and Air Controlers. OSHA regulates Heavy Equipment, Semi Trucks, etc. Did Bridges get inspected? Memphis' main bridge across the mighty Mississippi is required to be inspected every two years. The now fired inspector falsified his last two reports, a crack in the Bridge was photographed by
an unknown person, just taking a photo of the Unique M bridge as it is called. Which had to be closed, repaired, and every bridge in Tennessee inspected again.
