Thank you for this very helpful overview. Question: does the author ever compare US autism rates with those in western Europe or other countries where vaccines are not provided so frequently and massively? That would certainly provide a control of sorts.

The Amish in the US are the most striking canary "outside the coal mine". One dissident pediatrician had a medical stats guy run the numbers and the results were spectacular: basically zero true indigenous ASD cases in the Amish cohort, where the expected outcome would be several dozen.
