Thanks for that great summary. Reminded me of a great article i read last year by Murray Knight

Damn, We Forgot

"The truth is that we didn’t value their sacrifice; over the last two years, we handed over that which they fought for with barely a murmur."

Like the prodigal son who finally came to his senses, it may not be too late. If enough of us wake up, admit our error, and decide we’re willing to work for the inheritance of freedom we squandered, we may yet turn this thing around.

But until then, “Lest we forget” might better be reprised as “Damn, we forgot”.

Like so many other things, ANZAC Day has been ruined for me. So little seems to mean anything anymore. Many Aussies did, in fact, know about the police brutality, and cheered it on. If the unjabbed had been shipped off to those camps I dare say they would have cheered that on too. The worst part is that nothing has been learnt – next time will be no different. Oh well, I enjoyed twenty great years in the 'lucky country', at least I have that.

That is also true. Many did know, and shrugged it off, as necessary for the public health, for the greater good. You are right, if a large minority had been shipped off to camps, "just temporarily" while we flatten the curve, the majority would have accepted it as necessary.

It seems literally nothing is off the table, when it's framed against the greater good.

Thank you so much for sharing these and all your articles. I only just discovered you today! You are doing what is most important, which is chronicling and documenting what has happened!

I am Australian though I live in Philippines. I have been trying to document what is happening here. I finally got back to Australia for a few weeks after 4 years of not seeing family (I could not leave the Philippines and return unvaccinated). Finally, I saw family. Australia still looks beautiful. Green and clean, apparently. Though I wonder about the stripey, layered clouds. Super expensive. Though I had a great time seeing family!

Some of my family members are vaccinated and some are not. There is an agreement that covid-19 vaccines and the consequences are not discussed openly between the vaccinated and unvaccinated members. I was literally kicked to ensure I didn't "say anything" when a vaccinated family member raised the issue of a vaccinated child with recent recurrence of psoriasis and allergies that had been resolved years ago. Another member was discussing the severe labor shortage across all industries and wondering why. Again, I was kicked not to say anything relating to the vaccines. :(

The not speaking of these things troubles me greatly. Not speaking is not helpful! I do understand that it gets tiresome if such topics as bioweapons, illness, disability, and deaths are the only topic. Life in Australia is so pressured (time and finances) that there is precious little time to contemplate what has happened in between endless unforgiving chores, work, raising children, and occasional leisure and culture.

Some people when challenged say, "well, I can't do anything, so why should I worry about it"? That is the problem, people think they are powerless. Actually, they are not! They just need to say NO! Though that NO is more powerful if said by many rather than just a few.

My vaccinated family members do not see the need to get boosters. They are done and dusted with Covid.

They have noticed problems happening (labor shortages, sudden deaths, sudden advanced cancers in schoolmates, even requirements for heart surgeries in people who were previously completely healthy) but seem blissfully unaware that the vaccines could have had anything to do with it! They still think the world is normal! Fundamentally unchanged from what it was in 2019!

Being on the other side of the fence (once called a conspiracy theorist and now unfortunately graduated to being a truther) I cannot understand how they cannot see. Just as they cannot understand why I refused vaccination and reject many of the "public health" measures enforced.

I have had more than 3 years of getting used to what is happening, preceded by a lifetime of experiences that taught me not to trust and accept anything at face value. How will they handle this when their world is suddenly upended, if / when they realize what has happened? Sorrow, anger, rage? Used constructively to hold those responsible properly accountable and ensure this never happens again, or destructively to lash out blindly!

Thank you Sally, and for sharing your story and experience. Indeed, silence and the unsaid is the prevailing wind in Australia now. Just shallow pleasantries are what we are left with.

It's a good point you raise; what will they do when they awake up?

I guess the answer to some extent depends on how much longer they can be kept asleep. Can they hide vaccine injury under the long covid carpet for 1-2 more years? Possibly.

SuperSally888 all the problems and misery are down to the jabs and the scum who mandated them. Anyone who thinks it will get better are in denial, I should know my hubby is one, he like to pretend it’s all over and things are normal now.

It’s not so normal for those friends and family who were injured from the junk jabs.

Know there’s many of us who stand firm with you here in the U.K.

Powerful stuff. Thank you for all that you have done and do.

That we stop today and remember the fallen from over a century ago, while daily ignoring the newly fallen victims of tyranny is an insult to both groups.

Sadness, on so many levels.

The country that I grew up in, as a child of immigrants, and the nation which I served for most of my life no longer exists.

The Howard era, I think, was an inflection point. Much like Blair and Bush Jn for our cousins.

Can we make it back to sanity, as a people?

I think not, not when every vector is pointing in the wrong direction. And grows stronger, daily.

Tyranny has no stopping condition. And like any other Ponzi, it will never stop expanding until it implodes.

The best way to honour all of the fallen is to regain our moral compass.

And to say no to tyranny.

Peace.

"The best way to honour all of the fallen is to regain our moral compass."

Agree.

When I reflect back to March 2020, what struck me the most as the time, and still does frankly, is that virtually nobody described the mass house arrest of the population as Wrong. Even many of the dissidents thought that a couple of weeks of house arrest was a reasonable price to pay.

I wondered then, as I do now, whatever happened to everyone's "moral compass". Had it been lost years earlier and I was just seeing it now?

Well said. My father was saved, by the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in genocide experiments, from almost certain death as he was about to be shipped off to Papua New Guinea after being conscripted into the Australian Army. This was despite the fact that he had already volunteered to join the RAAF due to his detailed knowledge of aircraft. He wanted to be a fighter pilot. I was saved from being imprisoned as a conscientious objector to the evil US invasion of Vietnam by the election of Gough Whitlam. Jim Cairns was an inspiring friend.

I recently traveled from the mainland to Tasmania and I can report that the absurd and laughable covid signage is still displayed in most shop windows, billboards are still out the front of pharmacies promoting the "vaccines", social distancing signs etc. The shuttle bus driver inside Cradle Mountain had her mask pulled up virtually to her eyebrows, and she spoke in a chirpy tone that felt shallow and empty behind her full face covering.

On a different note - my copy of Official Stories has arrived and I am looking forward to getting into it. Thank you for the introduction and recommendation.

One thing that keeps rattling in my brain...Would they fall for it again? What would it take?

Expand full comment

Great question. I've wondered that myself.

I think the answer is yes.

But one thing these people are not, is stupid. They achieved everything they wanted to achieve out of the last 3 years.

"Next time" will not look like "last time", so it will be invisible to everyone but a handful of people again.

Maybe a nuclear event or two?

Or a cyber event with widespread bank failure?

Or just a good old plain world war, maybe with Taiwan as the excuse?

Anyway, they will give the population a short period of relief so that people will think we are "back to normal" and then go again. By then "the grid" will be much more developed, and it will be much easier to deal with the dissidents (they already know who they all are).

3 years is about all it takes for people to forget. So, let's say 2026.

Ha! Sometime in mid 2021 I think, a friend txt me with a short vid.of

my premier A.P. getting her shot with clearly cupped needle (obviously that would denied her the benefit of the medication) the thing is, that

message was disappeared from my phone. Couldn't believe it, I'm only little old lady, absolutely nobody. Well, that sure told me something.

So, yes absolutely they know. And obviously they have ways to monitor not just people (trust me, I haven't done anything yet to be on their radar) but directly the messages as well. Clearly that vid wasn't meant to be shared around. Lol

I reckon unfortunately they will, unless the truth gets out... I do get a glimmer of hope, friends who were fully brainwashed now know someone injured from the jab, and are starting to question why it wasn't safe and effective... I pray this cascades to a greater awakening and awareness of the mind games played on us all

This is exactly how I felt today, Anzac Day 2023. What an absolutely powerhouse reminder of how we got here. Humbly, I wrote a poem for my grandfather. Not an Anzac per se but now I understand why he never talked about 'it.' https://vicparkpetition.substack.com/p/its-the-lies

Edit: I also pinned this post in my comments. It's amazing how 'we' are all feeling the same today, going by the comments on this article and my own.

We must never forget that innocent people were bashed by cops, hit will rubber bullets, arrested and fined for standing up to their beliefs. We have lost democracy. I feel like we are in the lull of a storm and waiting for the next thing to happen, or is it happening already, silently without our knowledge? Australia is still pushing covid vaccine boosters!

I can't at the moment remember his last name, but it is a group of Australians against the jabs and the lockdown and they travelled in a van all over Australia during the lockdowns and got people on camera to tell their stories...there is an entire series on rumble called Cafe Locked Out...with people witnessing what has gone on in the Lucky Country. I think Michael was also beaten badly in a protest too....

I don't know who Michael is, but I think you could find out from his early videos...I just know he is someone I watch and admire....a brother in arms so to speak.

Fabulous summary of the duality we’ve walked

The torture of having eyes that see thru their lies and being ridiculed and ignored. Weaponised narrators repeat safe and effective as well paid government partners on every platform.

The tragedy unfolds and we witness the gaslighting of the most vulnerable

Stories to cover and shift focus make us shrug, the folk we walk beside still sleep

And it continues

The gaslighting that most sickens me atm is telling the vaccine injured they have long covid and watching them believe it.

How can they have long covid, when long covid was a side effect of being unjabbed. If this was true then a great deal more of the unvabbed would have long covid, it would be an epidemic amongst us, it isn’t so there lays the truth.

I went to the Anzac parade this morning, in the rain - it always rains! My son is school captain so had to lay a wreath. The event is run by old timers, so no virtue signalling, no welcome to country and all the modern mumbo-jumbo.

Listening to the poems recited I reflected on who died, 160,000+ during all conflicts during the past 125 years, all of which were on foreign soil. There was mentioned of people who call Australia home, who have settled here from around the world. Our soldiers died with the belief they were protecting the Australian people - all of them, no matter what ethnic group they belong to, what religion, what skin colour.

I pondered how the looming "Voice to Parliament" respects this? I believe it doesn't.

There are many reasons to consider "Lest We Forget"

Yes, indeed, they all died on foreign soil. Never did they think that the ultimate enemy would emerge at home, that it would be their own, captured, government.

My grandfather would have seen through this straight away, as would almost certainly most of my uncle's who fought in WW2, my parents despite news brainwashing were one of the few to see through this also... The banning of ivermectin, mandates that breach the Nuremberg Code and what happened in Victoria confirmed Australia had been invaded and we were taking orders from our new bosses...

RIP Australia, we only have a few pollies who fight against this (but not enough to save I fear... It's up to us, the people to resist)
