Would this letter apply (I assume not) when the government brings the mandate down like it did last week here in WA? It's not my employers choice to bring the mandate down, but if I want to continue working at my job, I'd have to get vaccinated. It really is messed up as I was very willing and able to keep working even if having to wear a mask and get tested regularly, but getting it when you don't want or even feel you need it. I just can't seem to accept it right now.

I don't know the specifics of the WA orders, but the letter (modified) can work in all situations to put the pressure and risk on the employer.

It would be reasonable to also tell an employer that you are waiting for Novavax and your reasons. It's a question of whether you will (or can afford to) stand up for yourself.

If you cannot afford to risk losing your job, you are then left with jab risk reducing strategies.

I have already written about a supplement protocol to reduce jab risk. Other strategies are:

Find a doctor that will aspirate the injection

Use an ice pack on your shoulder before and after the jab to reduce blood flow and keep it localised

Take aspirin to reduce the micro clotting risk
