If you stop them, you gain the weight back. But that is the least of the problems. Thyroid disruption, Thyroid Cancer, all those gastro symptoms are GASTROPRESIS, A paralyzed stomach. Now your feet, tongue are affected. Warnings are growing as more health issues are showing up. A vertigo fall on my AB on concrete caused Gastroparesis for me. That is hard to deal with. My med reaction list is a page long. I read the side effects before I take them now.
I've beaten a 30-year Nexium need by accident, Applecider Vinegar with Mother's a tablespoon in my water, by adding a tsp. of local real honey, and the juice from the strawberries I made jam with Cane Sugar (less than is called for) my A1C has been steady at 6.2-5. for months. Without the twice-daily Humalog. I nibble fruit, eat 14grm full fat yogurt, with a dollop of my jam. I turned 177 lbs to 126.8 this morning. I'll be 77 in August. Exercise is gardening, canning, cooking, and taking care of my 14 chickens, 2 small senior dogs, and 1 nearly 84-year-old husband.
We can run two contrary narratives at once. All my life I sensed that nobody could make me sick by touching me or going ah-choo. I also had a vague idea that chemicals and meds disagreed with me, even endangered me...yet I went along with authority, albeit lazily. It was instinct wrestling conditioning with no clear divide.
Now late in life I get exercise that doesn't injure, ingest nothing that can't turn into me, and follow the simplest of all nutritional rules: Don't drink the orange juice, eat the orange. Just by doing these simple things I've been incapable of "catching" a cold or flu for decades. And now the demarcation is clear. Instinct has won the wrestle, even as conditioning has risen to a deafening, nagging blare.
So true about the orange. After I learned how orange juice was mass produced and stored in silos for a year before packaging & distribution, I said hell no. I take one day's worth of antibiotics, maybe. They make me sick, side effects awful. I've pared it down significantly as well, make my own, keep it simple, no vax ever, no sickness for 10 years.

Very good article!!! I recently dealt with antibiotic after affects...even though I'm DILIGENT about taking probiotics. My face started breaking out and my gut felt full all the time! I'd had sinus/dental surgery and was prescribed them afterwards. I'd slacked on taking my Fenbendazole and Ivermectin. I started gaining weight and got a little depressed from that. I hit Fenbendazole hard and did a DE cleanse and that helped ALOT! I guess the antibiotics let parasites run amuck! (Plus we live on a farm and I can't help but hug and kiss my animals...that will let me! LOL) Anyway stomach still felt full and wasn't losing. I felt hungry alot too, but I believe mainly it was my stomach ached and thought food would help. I'd been diagnosed with with Spike Protein Shedding from the idiot vaccinated a year ago and had my yearly a month ago. I was WORSE so he upped my Ivermectin. After about 4 days boy did I feel like garbage and by day 6 I played ALOT of solitaire on my bathroom tablet! LOL So I assume whatever Fenbendazole and DE didn't kill...Ivermectin did! I feel and look SO much better and my gut does too! Which leads me to...there was an article before my surgery about gow dental anesthetics have a covid-19 shot ingredient in them. I asked my dentist who's like us...totally anti-vaccine etc and he knew immediately what I was talking about and ASSURED me it didn't. 2 weeks after my surgery there was another article about an Austin dentist who sent his to be tested and it did!!! So I can only assume it's true! I go no where. I usually do curbside just because shopping is not my jam. My mother-in-law who I take to dr appointments, who most likely my initial damage was being with her and my father-in-law in the VA for over 4 weeks day in day out, and at the time we DOUBLE vax'd and all allocated boosters! But my husband threatened her within an inch of her life she better NOT get any more! That was 2 years ago so it's not her causing it and I'm only around her every 4-6 weeks. My doctor asked...what in the world are you doing??? At first I said I guess her dr appointments where all the other elderly are probably still getting vaccines or maybe chemtrails?! He said more likely all that's coming from chemtrails are the metals that do deplete our immune system. After I got home that article about the Austin dentist hit me like a ton of bricks!!! Lesson learned... but I needed the surgery and I'm glad I did it.
