Soy and seed oils, primary ingredients in ultra-processed foods, synthetic fuel for the modern transhumanist

How about soy feed to animals and eaten?

Thank you, on the behalf of all. I've dropped all soy (including oil) since I read that 20 years ago. The saying is: "What is the best recipe for tofu? Throw it in the bin."

So eating processed, non-fermented soy is like eating kibble, and we know what kibble does to our pets. I used to eat lots of soy. I developed some issues and I expect that my under functioning thyroid may very well be related to my tofu consumption. Partial recovery was through going on a Paleo diet for 2-3 years, until I switched to a meditterean typed diet, which is where I am now.

On a completely different topic: TDS and the term 'soy boys'. It is one thing to viscerally hate a leader's policies; it is something quite different to viscerally hate the leader, when the said leader isn't doing anything in particular that affects one personally. I'm wondering if the President's alpha male behavior is triggering something in the brains of those with TDS and if high soy consumption has anything to do with it. Those with TDS are typically women who are more affluent than the general population and having been a member of that group (pre-Trump), do consume a lot of soy products as many are vegetarians. During this period of my life, I, too, consumed a lot of soy (like lattes with soy milk, while reading the newspaper at Starbucks) and had many of the difficulties noted in the article. One of the best things that happened to me is that financial constraints forced me out of Starbucks and into a French Press, brewing my own coffee with raw milk wherever I could get it and it wasn't always cows milk.

This article outlines extensively the effects of soy on male fertility and testosterone levels. While I agree that some men are not mature enough to handle that much testosterone, many men that I know who are not large consumers of soy have big hearts as well as big muscles. I see too many men who have neither. I think the agenda all along has been to feminize men as part of their agenda to eliminate the family and to a lesser extent women.

Phenomenal breakdown of the soy protein isolate regulatory gap. The fact that it only had industrial paper sealant applications before the 1960s and never got GRAS status is wild. Whats even more striking is how the reccomended 25g daily dose is 167 times what the safety committee deemed acceptable. I had a colleague whose infant thyroid issues disappeared completely after switching off soy formula, which tracks with the thyroid peroxidase inhibition mechanism outlined here.

I recall as a boy in school, learning about crop rotation, etc., that farmers would grow soybeans as a cover crop, plowing them under to increase nitrogen. No mention was made of them being food.

Thankfully I am allergic to soy, and in Europe the rules are still quite strict in that is has to be clearly written on the label in the list of ingredients, either in bold or in capitals seeing that it is one of the fourteen allergens from the list. But now I worry about the hydrolysed vegetable protein. Very often I read hydrolysed soy protein on things like broth cubes, but I didn't know I should also look out for the words vegetable in this context. I just hope this is not possible in Europe.

thanks for the tip. I am going to check my cubes too. Had not thought this might mean soy!

I would think that edamame would also be harmful but didn’t see it mentioned.

TheLastBattleStation's avatar

Edamame (green soybeans) would probably be even worse than regular soybeans, possibly more of the anti nutrients.

As with Soy and corn, the largest crops in the U.S , Americans are getting minimum nutrition + maximum health risks which = $$$ for the companies belonging to the death cult W.H.O

INGRID C DURDEN's avatar

you really wonder if that was the aim of introducing these non-human 'foods' into the food chain! I avoid corn, especially the high fructose corn syrup, in everything I eat. I do not like soy unless eaten as sprouts, and then only a few times a year! All highly processed foods are dangerous, so adding these products to them makes it even worse. Some people will state that olive oil is a 'seed' oil too, but it has been safely consumed for thousands of years. These 'new' seed oils were never in the human food chain though.

Well Ingrid, You are ahead of most people. These products ,whether manufactured, modified or waist of some other product like fluoride in water or the poison petroleum pill industry clearly demonstrates the agenda, which I allege, has killed more people then all wars in history, has the obvious two sided purpose. That is to say that they are making lots of money by making lots of people ill and illness is big business!

when I kid I was prescribed so many antibiotics for colds, that when needed they no longer worked, and the lung doc knew about less harmful ways to heal me. I was 14 then, and have been looking into safer ways to heal since then. I am now 68 so I mustn't have done too bad. Doc in Belgium used to ask me, what all have you tried. Doc would be long starved if he had lots of patients like me LOLOL. Speaks for itself I also magnify ingredients on food items.

Funny, As I am responding to you I am sitting here with an olive oil wrap infused with cayenne pepper around my right foot which has a numb area due to nerve damage from back surgery some years ago that Barbra O'Neil recommended. Her homeopathic videos are amazing and my wife has been saying that she wishes she had heard about her when her daughters were young and suffering from whatever young kids suffer from like ear aches and sore throats. I once had an assessment with an "esteemed" surgeon regarding a hernia I needed operated on and after looking over my questionnaire I filled out commented about the lack of meds I wasn't taking and told me that not only would I not be living a full life but he would not be operating on me until I got on various drugs I had deemed bogus and harmful. I do contend that Doctors are some of the Dumbest and obviously brainwashed people on earth . They also have shorter lifespans than many of their patients.

INGRID C DURDEN's avatar

I recently read about O'Neil too. And am reading a book, Dead doctors don't lie, about how allopathic doctors have all the means at hand but can't heal themselves or get help from peers! Let us know how the oil wrap works plz.

I have Hashimoto's. I was told to use Tofu and Genestein to help with bone formation, since I also have Osteoporosis. I will stop all Soy. Thank you

First read this when it came out 20 years ago. Thanks for revisiting it; it deserves to be shouted from the rooftops!

Had to laugh when you mentioned findings of the Honolulu Heart Program, I mean in terms of wondering who sponsored that. People in Asia have been and eating tofu for generations and are still doing so. Agree it may be minimal compared to what's put in US food, but we already know that many studies pro or anti something is sponsored by industry.

Whoa, what a piece of work. Brings to mind another memory.

About 10 years ago I gave safe harbor to a homeless woman in my home. She told me a terrible story of her husband who threw her out. I checked her out. She had a stellar scientific resume, almost Nobel prize.worthy. She was working as an assistant to a full professor in my college town. I contacted the professor and asked him if he knew this woman.

Now it gets crazy. This professor was her "husband", who in reality escaped to a small college to get away from this delusional woman. He was married with 2 children and was shocked when I said she had caught up to him again and was living with me just 3 blocks away from his job. It got worse, much worse, I being smack in the middle of this Lifetime movie horror show.

I'll skip the middle and end of this missive to avoid any possible blowback, by getting to the point. Soybeans and chickpeas.

Both legumes, impossible to disconnect one from the other in terms of contamination. Viewing photos of her in her native Sri Lanka, she was a rather sturdy looking woman. In my house she was pale, frail, very thin, colorless, looked older than her years.

She refused all my offerings of food. Ate absolutely Nothing but soy and chickpeas. My house smelled to high heaven. Three, 4,5 times a day, nothing else went into her body. She would not step into my tub nor sleep on my sheets as I was too dirty for her. I can see the connection of this article to the behavior of this once genius woman who had lost any mental capacity that comes from a functioning brain. She was totally crazy. I thank God, she wasn't violent.

The dairy industry was getting scared of how soy products were becoming a threat to their products. They have spent a lot of money demonizing soy products . . . .

Only 6% of soy grown world wide is used for human consumption. Most of it is fed to animals that humans eat . . . .

Rita Drootman's avatar

I have Hashimoto’s. I was taking Genestein and organic tofu. I think I have to cut these out now. What about soy fermented products like Harlan 951, is this bad also?
