The alternative paradigm - that health depends on maintaining homeostasis through lifestyle choices rather than fighting germs - offers a comprehensive framework explaining what the germ theory cannot. The shift requires overcoming enormous resistance from vested interests in the trillion-dollar medical-pharmaceutical complex, medical education systems, and cultural beliefs about disease.
