What, no mention of heavy metals!? Mercury is pretty ubiquitous. You can build up quite a burden because you are susceptible to accumulating it or you just got exposed a lot. Once it is in your organs, it does not come out on its own. The stores that are really hurting you will not come out with any of the detox methods mentioned here. You have to chelate it out using appropriate chelating molecules.

Enough mercury, and all your regular detoxing systems clog up and stop working. So the other "Chemical ick" that you get exposed to just stays around and builds up and does whatever it is its nature to do to you. (The endocrine disrupting chemicals are an interesting and currently very relevant example.)

The Andy Cutler protocol is what works for chelating heavy metals. "What not to do" is as important as "what to do" in this game. Learn about all this starting with my website: https://www.maybeitsmercury.com/

What drug is safe if it has lead, cadmium, arsenic or mercury or pfas or water, air, soil? Drugs at least are tested what about our foods what about products we apply on our skin? Why are we rolling back EPA regulations?

This is a great interview. Kaufman's information is comprehensive and while it can be a bit overwhelming, it's actually concise and simplified.

However . . . I don't think it was necessary to pull Christoff in here as it adds a dimension that Kaufman himself hasn't added: the part about deliberate poisoning for the purpose of control. From Christoff's interview:

"So injured animals need more group support. This is why they poison absolutely everything in our society. Any poison will do. Humans are like any other animal. The more injured they are, the more group pressure they'll succumb to. They can't fend for themselves."

This is unsubstantiated, probable nonsense that serves to preach to a niche choir, while potentially poisoning the well of solid, evidence-based information.
