Unfortunately this won’t work for those with mthfr variants who have metal implants or other foreign objects like bone cement that they have become hypersensitive to. I have had to flush all vitamin c from my body to stay alive, and avoid eating vegetables and most other foods except red meat and fat. With mthfr and implants, detox can be a very dangerous undertaking for this susceptible subgroup of society, as it pull more and more metal ions off the implant when they consume anything that promotes detoxification. It exposes them to the metals they are hypersensitive to and can cause permanent harm.

Look up the research of Prof Vera Stejskal. She invented the melisa test that diagnoses type 4 allergy to metals. It was her that told me in 2009 that if I still think I have metals in me, I shouldn’t attempt detox as I was highly sensitive to titanium and it could lead to permanent harm. Melisa diagnostics is the name of her company, which is run by her daughter. Vera passed away in 2017. They have a lot of good information on their website too. When people take things that speed up our detox system, it takes ions off every foreign object in our body, including dental work. I know people with mthfr who suffered permanent harm because they went on a detox program after their implant was removed, but she didn’t remove her amalgam fillings first. I know others who suffered permanent harm too. I have myself as well, simply by brushing my teeth with organic baking soda for 6 weeks. It cleared out my swollen lymph glands and sent the toxins up through my lungs. I had toxic fluid in my lungs and it almost killed me. Things are much better a few years later and it hardly ever affects me, unless I stop drinking silica water for too long.

While Candida strains certainly cause disease you will find it's the lipophilic yeast malassezia long known as the cause of dandruff sebborheic dermatitis tinea versicolour and other skin conditions and six years agoAykut et al identified malassezia globosa as the cause of pancreatic cancer since then others have substantiated his findings, one such was a study by Strausman where 17400 tumours were studied of 35 different types, they found malassezia in all types. More recent studies on ovarian breast liver cancer skin lung etc have all confirmed Aykut's findings. Even more important from your perspective is to read " chronic diseases associated with malassezia yeast" this yeast was not confirmed to live within us prior to Aykut's work instead as a commensal of the skin. Sadly I missed this when published, my comment would have more relevance then.
