I think that there is a parallel between vaccination and Malthusian ideology. The ideology of Malthus blamed the poor for their poverty and chided them for having too many children, thus absolving the ruling class of the poverty that the Industrial Revolution created. The ideology of vaccination blamed the poor for their diseases, rather than the squalor produced by the inequalities of the Industrial Revolution. Today, vaccination distracts the public from toxins in food, water, the environment, EMFs and stress. Vaccines in the meantime, create chronic diseases, and therefore increase the medical establishments profits by providing costly and ineffective "care" over lifetimes. Take a pill, get a shot...they got ya coming and going.

Give me a break! Hardly an accidental oversight in a book purporting to be an historical analysis into the fraudulence of health measures spanning several decades; such omissions amount to a falsification of the true historical records for highly suspicious reasons which diminish any creditability of the book's own thesis.
I think it would be difficult to claim sanitation reduced the mortaIity rate so significantly. In those days a lot of people lived in rural locations and had perfectly good water and toilets. I think a major factor was that there was dangerous treatments that caused high mortality and it was improvements in treatment that reduced mortality. Maybe 'vaccines' played a role in helping calm fears and reduce the use of other dangerous treatments. That is not the same as being pro 'vaxx' but it might be true and be easier for the cult to swallow than a blanket denial of any value in it. At the time it might have seemed like a good idea compared with variolation. There was the anti vaiolation movement which included the 'vaxxers'. Then the 'anti-vaxxers' tried using 'sanitation' but now that is 'masks' and 'lockdowns etc. so you can see how the opposition evolves into the problem or is perhaps subverted and recycled . It is dangerous to see the good in the abuser. I think the best strategy is to transition the discussion to a pro health message like eating healthy. Change the subject in other words. It could be like manifestation of 'virus' ideology in the context of a health paradigm like how they poison 'clean eating'. How about love? That is a good one with lots to explore. The 'virus' might be like 'the other woman' etc. The 'vaccine' might be like 'the other woman'. lol.
Vaccines played no such role in calming fears but rather caused many more unnecessary deaths involving unproven procedures, all the while preying on the fears of a public indoctrinated to believe that vaccines were their only hope against any and all possible contagion; "perfectly good water and toilets" in mid 19 century societies!?
