David, what besides Selenium 400 mcg can a Fibromyalgia mind use to slow down? I sleep a little deeper, but once awake, my mind is going 100 mph. As are my hands. My sewing, crafting help me focus. But not truly slow my mind. NO on Melatonin. They've gone to dye-riddled gummies.

BUT if it helps, I bought Melatonin from purebulk.com ~ just the pure powder, large quantity very cheap. It got through customs without a problem (from US to UK) but could have been delayed. Even if stopped you won't lose your money as it will eventually be repaid or resent.
Would hemp seed oil (1000mg) help? Readily available off ebay etc.
