Finally, during the most ebola outbreak in Africa, Robert Rowen went there on a medical mission trip and successfully treated patients with ozone (no effective treatment existed for ebola) until someone (almost certainly the pharmaceutical industry) convinced the government to rescind Rowen’s invitation and have Rowen leave the country. For context, at the time the country was falling apart from the epidemic and many African physicians who had seen his results were requesting for Rowen to provide ozone therapy to them, so a significant amount of pressure was exerted to make this happen.
