11 Insights into The Medical-Government-Media (MGM) Triad
A mate asked me a question, this is my long answer.
The world is in the midst of a corporate takeover.
I don’t think I can sum up what is happening around the world more succinctly than that. It is something that we have never seen before, certainly not at this scale, which is why it is incomprehensible to most.
I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday about the jab, and the cytotoxic spike protein. It was the first time he had heard of any of that. He asked the first and most logical question there is:
Why would they do that?
I have been reluctant to discuss the WHY, let alone the THEY, with people because to most it will just sound like “conspiracy theory”, but when business “conspires” and succeeds, there is nothing “theoretical” about it.
I said to my mate, that there are several threads that weave together to explain the WHY, but the simplest answer is money. I am going to flesh it out in this article, just so that when I am asked the question next time, I will simply forward this piece to the curious. The incurious I cannot help.
Three centres of power and influence have come together to act as one against the global citizen.
They are the Medical, Government and Media establishments. I call them the MGM Triad.
They have come together globally and that has brought them together within national borders.
I like to write to a person; it helps inform what I say and how I say it. So, I am writing this to my mate yesterday who asked a great question:
Why are they doing this?
So, I want to start right at the top in trying to explain what is going in. I want to start with Umberto Eco.
1. Umberto Eco
Umberto was an Italian, described as a “philosopher, cultural critic, political and social commentator, and novelist”.
In 1995 he published the following essay: UR-FASCISM
It’s a short read and I strongly recommend everyone take 30 minutes and read it.
Fascism is not a well understood concept, it shape shifts from era to era and country to country, which is why it’s so hard to nail down. Umberto does an excellent job of explaining why and how it shape shifts. Most people think of Mussolini when the work Fascism comes up, but even if you ask them what they thought it meant, most people don’t know how to answer it.
The simplest way to understand Fascism is that business and government come together against the individual. That’s it.
But as Umberto said, it’s “fuzzy”:
But in spite of this fuzziness, I think it is possible to outline a list of features that are typical of what I would like to call Ur-Fascism, or Eternal Fascism. These features cannot be organized into a system; many of them contradict each other, and are also typical of other kinds of despotism or fanaticism. But it is enough that one of them be present to allow fascism to coagulate around it.
Umberto outlines a list of 14 “features” of Fascism and that “it is enough that one of them be present to allow fascism to coagulate around it”. In my view, I think that 8 of the 14 are easily identifiable as present in the world today.
The Global Medical Industrial Complex is the “corporate” that I referred to in my opening line.
2. The Military Industrial Complex
When industry grows and reaches a particular size and scale, it begins to “merge” with government, and its very hard to see where one ends and where one begins. The American Military Industrial Complex is the best and easiest example to understand. People move from government to industry and then back to government all the time in that complex. You would be hard pressed to see where one line ends and one begins. Presidents and Vice Presidents, Secretaries of Defence, Chiefs of Staff, and all manner of other roles are found on boards and leadership roles of military contractors.
My favourite example of a “merged” complex is the B52 bomber. It’s called the B52 because Boeing was smart enough to make sure that at least one part of the bomber was made in each of the 52 states/jurisdictions of the US. Every single Governor in the US has an interest in keeping those bombers made, as it means local jobs. Brilliant!
When business and government merge like that they become a “super organism” and a potentially dangerous one at that. In possibly his most important speech, and his last one as President, Eisenhower warned the American public about the dangers of such a powerful Military Industrial Complex in January 1961. If you pay attention, he was also warning about the Medical Industrial Complex. It’s only 3 minutes and well worth listening to.

3. WHO: World Health Organization (A global vaccine marketing agency)
I think you can start the story here. The WHO should really be called the WVO: World Vaccine Organization.
My goal here is not to write a book on how the WHO has been taken over by Global Pharma and vaccine interests. If you doubt the premise, spend a bit of time on the subject, use DuckDuckGo for your searches, you will get cleaner, less biased results and will see material that is much harder to find using Google.
The Conservative Woman is a UK based digital publisher and have done an amazing job during Covid at publishing some of the best investigative journalism on the subject of the global vaccine business. This from one of their many pieces:

The Gates Foundation (GF) made its first donation to the World Health Organisation (WHO) in 1998. Soon after Gates pledged a further $750million to set up the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (Gavi), the stated aim of which is to increase immunisation rates in low-income countries, with the WHO and the UK amongst its original founders and donors. Last year Boris Johnson pledged Gavi £1.65billion over five years at the June 2020 Global Vaccine Summit replenishment conference, which the UK hosted. Six months later Johnson met Gates and pharmaceutical bosses to discuss Britain’s vaccine rollout and future pandemic plans.
The GF holds a permanent seat on Gavi’s board. Gavi’s core partners today are the GF, the WHO, Unicef and the World Bank, with the GF giving Gavi $4.1billion since its inception. Gavi is also the fifth largest funder of the WHO, giving $355.4million last year. With the WHO, Gavi dominates global vaccination campaigns including the Covid-19 vaccine rollout.
It is now impossible to see where one group ends and another begins. The executives at these organisations move from government to the WHO to the Gates Foundation to the CDC to the universities to the medical journals and so on and so on. It is a circular complex funded by business and government research and interests.
The Gates Foundation (GF) is also a co-founder and funder of CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), as influential as Gavi but less known. CEPI is a Norwegian venture which invests in vaccines and is also funded by the Indian and Norwegian governments, the British-based Wellcome Trust and the World Economic Forum. Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust and member of Sage, sits on the CEPI board. In 2017 Gates said that the world was unprepared for pandemics and that CEPI’s investments in ‘DNA/RNA vaccines’ would mitigate that. Both the GF and Wellcome Trust have pledged to fund CEPI with $100million annually from 2017 to 2022.

The man who ran the show at SPI-M at the start of the pandemic was Neil Ferguson. He is also acting director of Vaccine Impact Modelling Consortium (VIMC) based at Imperial College, which is funded by GAVI-The Vaccine Alliance, in turn funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as TCW reported here.

If you take a closer look at the key ‘experts’, they have all had connections in some way with either Big Pharma, Big Tech, or the Big NGOs, such as GAVI-The Vaccine Alliance, World Health Organisation, World Economic Forum, World Bank, Wellcome Trust and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Many have had their research funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust. In fact, the UK is the biggest beneficiary of university grants given by the Gates Foundation with $744million disbursed to 38 universities, the top beneficiaries being Imperial College London, University College London, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LHSTM), King’s College London and Oxford University.
The WHO has a clear vaccine agenda and has had it for some time. That agenda maps perfectly over the interests of its donors.
Let’s say its donors had been the Global Dairy Industrial Complex, what we would see today is a WHO with a clear global milk agenda. It might even have worked on global milk mandates and compulsory consumption targets for every man, women, and child in the world. For our own good off course.
I know this is a bitter pill to swallow, but the WHO, as a proxy for the global “health” bureaucracy, has been co-opted into becoming a vaccine marketing agency.
4. CCP: The Chinese Communist Party

So, the question you might have is who came first, the chicken or the egg?
The Medical Industrial Complex or China? Both of them benefit from the current state of the world. Did China come up with the idea and got Pharma to co-operate or the other way around.
It is my view, and there is plenty of material to support this that I’m not going to cover here, that this is a corporate led initiative on such as a scale that they were able to co-opt China because of the strategic benefits it has to them. I am confident that time will fully uncover this complex relationship.
The WHO is the gathering place of these two interests.

5. Changing the meaning of Words
There is a body of words being used today that used to have practical, scientifically grounded and legal meanings, that have all been redefined. The man and woman on the street does not know about this linguistic engineering.
I am going to run through a few of the more important word definitions that have been changed.
PANDEMIC definition changed
The WHO changed the definition of Pandemic in 2009.

What exactly is a pandemic? WHO’s original definition of a pandemic from May 1, 2009, specified simultaneous epidemics worldwide “with enormous numbers of deaths and illnesses:”
“An influenza pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus appears against which the human population has no immunity, resulting in several, simultaneous epidemics worldwide with enormous numbers of deaths and illness.”
This definition was changed in the month leading up to the 2009 swine flu pandemic, removing the severity and high mortality criteria and leaving the definition of a pandemic as “a worldwide epidemic of a disease.”
This switch in definition allowed WHO to declare swine flu a pandemic after only 144 people had died from the infection worldwide, and it’s why COVID-19 is still promoted as a pandemic even though plenty of data suggest the lethality of COVID-19 is on par with the seasonal flu.

Pay attention to who changed the definition. The WHO did. Let’s think about this for a moment.
Let’s go back and use our milk analogy. The organisation responsible for promoting milk, also was responsible for defining the required individual calcium levels. This is the mechanics of a corrupt business-government partnership.
So, the WHO basically said, it doesn’t matter is people die or not from a new virus, whenever a new virus starts doing the rounds, we can call it a pandemic, which can them trigger countries all over the world to respond. How handy for the vaccine maker.
Words matter!
VACCINE definition changed
It used to mean something that prevented disease (infection) and transmission.
The current jabs do neither.

By referring to COVID-19 vaccines as “vaccines” rather than gene therapies, the U.S. government is violating its 15 U.S. Code Section 41,5 which regulates deceptive practices in medical claims. Per this law, it is unlawful to advertise:
“… that a product or service can prevent, treat, or cure human disease unless you possess competent and reliable scientific evidence, including, when appropriate, well-controlled human clinical studies, substantiating that the claims are true at the time they are made.”
Further, you cannot have a “vaccine” that does not meet the definition of a vaccine. Up until recently, Merriam-Webster defined a vaccine as “a preparation of killed microorganisms, living attenuated organisms or living fully virulent organisms that is administered to produce or artificially increase immunity to a particular disease.”
COVID-19 vaccines are not conventional vaccines made with live or attenuated viruses. They’re actually gene therapies. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are made with lipid nanoparticles that contain polyethylene glycol (PEG)8 and messenger RNA (mRNA).
mRNA are snippets of genetic code that carries instructions for cells to produce proteins. The definition of genetic is “relating to genes” and genes contain instructional code that tell the body what proteins to make. Therapy is the medical treatment of disease, so mRNA vaccines are very clearly gene therapy.
As noted by David Martin, Ph.D., Moderna’s SEC filings specify and stress that the FDA considers its technology a “gene therapy technology,” originally intended for cancer treatment. Its mechanism of action also confirms it to be gene therapy. The mRNA gene therapies currently being misleadingly marketed as “vaccines” turn your cells into bioreactors that churn out viral proteins to incite an immune response, and there’s no off-switch.
Conveniently, since COVID-19 “vaccines” did not meet the former definition of vaccine, Merriam-Webster’s vaccine definition has recently been changed to include a description of the experimental COVID-19 gene therapies:
“A preparation that is administered (as by injection) to stimulate the body’s immune response against a specific infectious disease:
a: an antigenic preparation of a typically inactivated or attenuated (see attenuated sense 2) pathogenic agent (such as a bacterium or virus) or one of its components or products (such as a protein or toxin)
b: a preparation of genetic material (such as a strand of synthesized messenger RNA) that is used by the cells of the body to produce an antigenic substance (such as a fragment of virus spike protein)”
Moderna’s SEC filings, which, in the video above, Martin claims to have carefully reviewed, specify and stress that its technology is a “gene therapy technology.” Originally, its technology was set up to be a cancer treatment so, more specifically, it’s a chemotherapy gene therapy technology.
Here you can see how even dictionaries have been co-opted to help with the linguistic engineering. Imagine the poor citizen, that wants to check on the definition of a word and goes to a “trusted” dictionary and reads “the latest” meaning of a word such as pandemic and vaccine. How or why would a citizen think that there has been a re-engineering of language all the way up at the beginning of the river. In our day to day lives, we drink from the river all the way at the bottom. We simply need to trust that its safe. That trust is easy to abuse when you can gain control of language.
HERD IMMUNITY definition changed
In June 2020, a pro-vaccine definition was introduced by the WHO.
In June 2020, WHO’s definition of herd immunity, posted on one of their COVID-19 Q&A pages, was in line with the widely accepted concept that has been the standard for infectious diseases for decades. Here’s what it originally said, courtesy of the Internet Archive’s Wayback machine:
“Herd immunity is the indirect protection from an infectious disease that happens when a population is immune either through vaccination or immunity developed through previous infection.”
It should be noted that “immunity developed through previous infection” is the way it has worked since humans have been alive. Your immune system isn’t designed to get vaccines. It’s designed to work in response to exposure to an infectious agent. Apparently, according to WHO, that’s no longer the case. In October 2020, here’s their updated definition of herd immunity, which is now “a concept used for vaccination”:
“‘Herd immunity’, also known as ‘population immunity’, is a concept used for vaccination, in which a population can be protected from a certain virus if a threshold of vaccination is reached. Herd immunity is achieved by protecting people from a virus, not by exposing them to it.
Vaccines train our immune systems to create proteins that fight disease, known as ‘antibodies’, just as would happen when we are exposed to a disease but – crucially – vaccines work without making us sick. Vaccinated people are protected from getting the disease in question and passing it on, breaking any chains of transmission.”
On Twitter, research analyst Heather Taylor posted a screenshot with the two definitions — one from June 9, 2020, and the other from November 13, 2020 — clearly changed to imply that herd immunity, over the course of several months, suddenly became a concept that only applies to vaccination. “This still astounds me,” she wrote. Indeed, it’s a blatant corruption of science.
In a 2020 JAMA Patient Page on herd immunity, Dr. Angel Desai, associate editor of JAMA Network Open, and Maimuna Majumder, Ph.D., with Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, clearly explain that herd immunity may be achieved via natural infection and recovery, as has always been the case:
“Herd immunity may be achieved either through infection and recovery or by vaccination … Achieving herd immunity through infection relies on enough people being infected with the disease and recovering from it, during which they develop antibodies against future infection.”
Quite stunning really. The WHO basically said that you don’t have an immune system, and the medical establishment went along with it. I hope you are starting to see the malfeasance.
There are some important steps that we need to reach as citizens during these times. One is to reduce our fear, as the MGM Triad’s first goal is to dial it up to 11. And secondly is to come to terms that we are being lied to by a constant stream of untruths from all the sources that we used to take for granted.
6. The Medical Journals
The medical journals are one of the most important “sense making” mechanisms in medical science. They are meant to “mint” what it is that we “know”. What is “true” of very “likely to be true”.
Studies are “peer reviewed” and in so doing are given the global stamp of approval.
What they print is actual “currency” and that currency is “trust”. They “mint trust” and they have been easy to “capture”. It has led to a biasing of science towards the corporate interest.
Dr. Malcom Kendrick has written beautifully on the subject.
Marcia Angell, who edited the New England Journal of Medicine for twenty years, wrote the following. It is a quote I have used many times, in many different talks:
‘It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgement of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine.’
Richard Smith edited the British Medical Journal (BMJ) for many years. He now writes a blog, amongst other things. A few years ago, he commented:
‘Twenty years ago this week, the statistician Doug Altman published an editorial in the BMJ arguing that much medical research was of poor quality and misleading. In his editorial entitled ‘The scandal of Poor Medical Research.’ Altman wrote that much research was seriously flawed through the use of inappropriate designs, unrepresentative sample, small sample, incorrect methods of analysis and faulty interpretation… Twenty years later, I feel that things are not better, but worse…
In 2002 I spent eight marvellous weeks in a 15th palazzo in Venice writing a book on medical journals, the major outlets for medical research, and the dismal conclusion that things were badly wrong with journals and the research they published. My confidence that ‘things can only get better’ has largely drained away.’
Essentially, medical research has inexorably turned into an industry. A very lucrative industry. Many medical journals now charge authors thousands of dollars to publish their research. This ensures that it is very difficult for any researcher, not supported by a university, or a pharmaceutical company, to afford to publish anything, unless they are independently wealthy.

What I am trying to do here is to give you a fairly well-rounded view of the creature we are dealing with. This elephant has many parts and most of us are not up to speed on even one of the parts let alone all the others. This elephant is a complex amalgam of groups, it is very real, and the incentives all pull in the same direction.
7. Capture: Elite and Organisational
The idea of “capture” is the ability to exert influence on key individuals and organisations to have them do your bidding.
That influence takes many forms. There is the “pull” model that involves the carrots of money (donations, grants, research funding, sales and obviously bribes), status, reputation and even ideology and then there is the “push” model involving the sticks of blackmail (such as honey-traps), threats to life, business, or reputation.
Countries can be captured, so can large organisations and clearly influential individuals.

8. A Post-National collapse
I caught up with a close friend of mine from Holland the other day. We spent quite a bit of time talking about what is happening in the world and how we think we got here. I made my case that this is primarily a corporate enterprise.
Anyway, a few days later he sent me this email:

Banking crisis (mortgages)
Car crisis (emissions)
Health care crisis (Covid/vaccines)
Plastic crisis (toothbrushes vs fishing nets)
Energy crisis (definition of sustainability & shift in energy companies from oil to "green")
Meat crisis ("milk is the white engine" - famous Dutch commercial!)
Cigarette crisis (Tobacco Institute - Lucky Strike "It's Toasted") - Thanks to Mad Men!
Alcohol crisis (0.0% - alcohol is still not that scrutinized)
War/Sanctions crisis - Propaganda in the USA
Overall:
- individual vs companies
- capitalism vs fascism
- democracy vs fear-mongering state (under influence of...)
I dwelled on his email for a couple of days and wrote him back:
Indeed, it was a good chat!
When I look at this list, many of these crisis are “industry sponsored” with the government playing a supporting role. Almost like a junior partner in an enterprise. Industry is the majority shareholder and government is the minority like a 60/40 partnership almost.
Then you look at other crises such as:
War on drugs
War on terrorism
War on poverty
(What did Orwell call them? Perpetual wars??)
And these seem to be “government sponsored” with industry being the no. 2.
It’s like two cyclists, they alternate who takes the lead and the headwind and who is in the slipstream.
Either way, is a fascist (Umberto Eco) enterprise motivated by money and power against the individual…how fucking depressing.
I was saying to my wife last night that in the past the “collapse” of a society happened within contained borders. The institutions of that particular country decayed to the point of collapse and/or takeover by nefarious actors (those that want to dominate others, look after others, “fix” the world’s problems because they know best etc., it is a very real personality type and is always a percentage of the population and they climb the poles of business and government).
Because of the way the globe has been rewired over the last 50 years and especially the last 20 years with ever more powerful global institutions and a communication grid with central points of influence and control, the collapse we are witnessing at the moment is “post-national”, its far higher upstream, all the way at the source of the river, which is why it’s happening everywhere.
I am going to look at some maths on 3 items only, masks, testing and vaccines. The global annual spend on these 3 alone is the largest business/government enterprise in the history of mankind, and its annual…the tidal wave of money and power has totally drowned and destroyed the structures that were built to protect us…I don’t know where or how this ends…
9. Money
When my mate asked me, Why are they doing this? I told him that the simplest answer was Money.
If I was at the receiving end of that answer, I would be very unsatisfied. It says everything but says nothing at the same time.
I am going to elaborate here. Let’s look at three items only. Masks, Testing and Vaccines.
We could add Contact Tracing, Signage, Hand Sanitising, Gloves and all other forms of PPE, Ventilators, etc.…but we won’t.
I am going to make some simple assumptions for each and let’s see where we end up in terms of dollars (I will do everything in US dollars).

Clearly this is also an environmental disaster happening in real time that the environmentalists have oddly gone quite on.
Think about the table above. What I have just said, is that there is a ONE TRILLION USD business that has emerged overnight, and its ANNUAL.
You can play around with the inputs all you want and see where you land with the numbers. I have tried to be on the conservative end of all the ranges.
What is interesting is that Testing is the biggest business, and that makes sense as it is the most labour-intensive business. This is a recent piece on the lucrative business of Testing.

The Per Unit Cost is looking at the total retail cost, this includes everything including the wholesale per unit cost, then the storage, logistics and distribution, then the labour costs to deliver and the retail margins to make it all work. This is what a Medical Industrial Complex looks like. This is what Eisenhower was warning about.
This is what I mean when I say, there has been a corporate takeover of the word, and its what I mean when I say to my mate, the reason Why is money.
10. Media
The second M in MGM Triad is Media.
To understand how this collapse has occurred, you could go back and watch Spotlight.
IMDB describes it this way:
The true story of how the Boston Globe uncovered the massive scandal of child molestation and cover-up within the local Catholic Archdiocese, shaking the entire Catholic Church to its core.
The team that cracked the case in Boston was a team of FOUR full-time investigative journalists. You heard it right. FOUR! That’s it.
The story happens in 2003, the early days of the internet. The internet had not yet totally destroyed the advertising models of old media and the newspapers, but it had started to bite. Even in the movie there are some rumblings about the COST of the FOUR journalists to the paper.
The point is, that the advertising model of old legacy media HAS collapsed, and many of those institutions have closed and for those that are still around, they became much easier to CAPTURE.
Which is why when you put the TV on at night and watch free to air TV, everyone is saying exactly the same thing. There is no counter narrative. There is nobody on TV that is saying anything about the carnage of lockdowns for example and the cost benefit to society.
So, any ability of old media to be a check and balance against tyrannical business and government has collapsed. Old Media is now a lap dog to interest that that the power to close them down.
New digital media in the other hand has become all powerful and centralised. A very small number of people control the entire GLOBAL grid of information. Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Twitter to name the main players in a small group of global information police. If they don’t like it, you are off the platform. Simple as that. Not even governments seem to be able to do anything about it.
So, if you want to do some “research” and jump onto the main search engines, controlled by the above, you will be steered towards the direction they want to steer you. You will be nudged to the correct place. You have to work very hard to escape the web of this nudging, it is possible but not many put in the effort.
11. Fact Checkers
You might even decide to get something “fact checked” so you do to Fact Checkers site.
It starts with Search. You type in something that is deemed controversial, such as the name of a scientist that has gone against the grain such as Dr. Peter McCollough or Dr. Robert Malone to name just two and you will be served up a tidal wave of mainstream media articles smearing them both and Fact Checkers doing the same.
How in the world can the man on the street decide what is true and what isn’t.
Fact Checkers are in fact Narrative Checkers. They are funded by some combination of the MGM Triad, and they have been very effective at controlling the group think of the global population.
This is just one of thousands of examples of how Fact Checking is a tool, and a very effective one of the MGM Triad.

The CDC just announced (Dec 2021) they're dropping the PCR test as it doesn't differentiate between Covid and the flu. Is it purely coincidental that this follows on from the Gates/Soros purchase of Mologic, a company which measures Covid19 infection levels?
